I dedicate this article to those who think “Change” means changing their PP frequently!
On December 14, 2022, when Imamoğlu was the mayor of Istanbul, he was sentenced for insult and CHP made a call to protest this sentence and to support Imamoğlu and they called everyone to Saraçhan.
I was the first one to fly out from Samsun. Today on his PP (Since there is an audience that does not understand what they read, they may think that PP, which is read as PiPi in Turkish, is something else. PP: It means Profile Picture. It means profile picture on whatsupp and social media accounts) Özgür Özel and/or İmamoglu were not at Saraçhane that day.
Because at that time Kılıçdaroğlu was the President and they all had a picture of Kılıçdaroğlu on their PP. They were competing to become MPs, to make eye contact with him, to take a picture of him giving a gift and put it in the PP.
That day I was there to defend the party, not the person who sat on the sofa for hours in the rain. There was no one criticizing me today. Because everyone was waiting at Kılıçdaroğlu's door to make eye contact with him.
When İmamoğlu and Özgür Özel came to the assembly, everyone changed their PP.
At that time, I was the one who criticized Kılıçdaroğlu the most, I was the one who wanted a change. I even supported him at the congress, but we could not make use of the opportunity we had.
Change is in line with the needs of the country and society.
The CHP, one of the oldest political parties in the world, Atatürk's party, is unfortunately changing from its founding principles in the wrong direction.
If there is a need for change in a party and the expected change is based on the ambitions of individuals, their ambitions for office and their individual needs, unfortunately the party suffers the most. The party has moved in the wrong direction from the principles of the 6 arrows.
They say we are the 1st party, but do you know why they are the 1st party in all the polls?
When they lost in the general elections, none of the deputies could go out among the people and since the people did not see CHP on the streets, they voted for CHP in the municipal elections to teach the government a lesson.
The party is stuck between the pavilion and money. The party threw in the towel and now none of the 138 MPs can go to the people, none of them can go to the streets. If you think this is normal and you still say we are the 1st party in the polls, you are in a virtual world. The reason for this is that none of the deputies can go down to the people because they have no face in the situation the party has fallen into, they cannot meet the people, so they are still the first party, that is, when you are far from the people, the people vote for CHP because they do not know you and you consider this a success.
Neither Özgür Özel nor Kılıçdaroğlu is to blame here. What is to blame and at fault is the CHP's delegate structure and their pursuit of individual interests. If 1000 delegates sign a petition and say “Kılıçdaroğlu is our candidate” and almost half of them change their vote in the pavilion for money and office, don't look for the blame in anyone. I wish we could change with the ”doctrine” you wrote without doing this, if only we could change.
We've always been on the side of the party, of the direct and the decent. But we couldn't get used to your direction and speed of change. That's why we're not in sync.
From now on, Turkish politics will say right is right, right is right and wrong is wrong. Either the parties will do this or the Supreme Turkish Justice!
The choice is yours!
