Yeşim Salkım, who made a historical adjustment to Buket Aydın, who targeted Ebrar Karakurt, one of the stars of the European Champion Sultans of Filenin, by saying “It's not bed sweat, it's forehead sweat”, this time adjusted the Diyanet imam Halil Konakçı, who targeted different segments of society in his frequent sermons.

“Get your head out of your ass”
Reacting to Konakçı's targeting some segments of society by hiding behind religious values, Salkım used the following expressions in the video she shared on her social media account:
“Now look, Halil Efendi! Are you Halil Konakçı, what are you, who are you? We tried our best not to disrespect you, but I guess you don't understand Turkish. Look, my beautiful brother, this is the secular Republic of Turkey founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk! No one is telling you not to pray, not to fast, not to cover your head, or if you are a man, not to do what you are supposed to do. But when it comes to our blasphemy, when you start talking about the legs of 16-17 year old girls, especially the legs of our national athletes, especially those young women who have given us such a great success, when you start talking about their legs, when you start talking about their shorts, you will really piss us off and that 50 percent in Turkey, you know, will piss him off. So get your head together. Do your worship properly, don't bother people. Especially don't bother women like us!’

“Read Turkish, maybe you will understand better”
Continuing her words against Konakçı, Salkım said, “You won't look, brother! Okay? You will control your ego. That's why they sent you that book. Did you not understand the book you read either? Read it in Turkish, maybe you will understand it better. I guess your head doesn't work in Arabic. Are you doing this on purpose, have they hired you as provocateurs? I don't know if you are doing this to drive us crazy, but it has reached all women and mothers like me in Turkey. Let's eat in front of you!”
Ahmet Çakar's salary from Beyaz TV revealed
He was under investigation
In his social media post, Halil Konakcı said, “The majority of Hatay is Arab. We have Kurdish and Arab brothers there. And they still do. It was like that then too. It was under French occupation until 1938. There were debates about whether it should stay inside or outside the border. The call to prayer was banned in 1932. The French did not ban the call to prayer in Muslim villages and mosques in Hatay. In the center and villages of the French-occupied Hatay, the call to prayer was sung as ’Allahu akbar‘ until 1938. When Hatay was annexed to Turkey in 1938, the first thing they did was to ban the call to prayer. In other words, they did the persecution in this land that the French did not do.’.
After Konakçı's remarks drew intense reaction, the Directorate of Religious Affairs announced that an investigation had been launched.
President's advisor had defended him
Chief Advisor to the President Oktay Saral, on the other hand, defended Imam Halil Konakcı, against whom an investigation was launched for his remarks ‘Hatay is an Arab city’.
Saral said, “Do not give way to human candidates who are incompatible with the values of this country or you will not be able to back them. We are always with Halil Konakcı,” he shared.
Konakcı had previously targeted women for their clothes.
Ebru Baki was excited to hear about the 2.5 million salary: Can I learn that job?
Halil Konakci and his endless scandals
Imam Halil Konakcı, who called for the caliphate, said, “The streets are like butcher shops. We are getting sick of seeing meat” and targeted women. After his statements about women, Konakcı made a statement about tattoo artists and tattoo artists.
Konakci said, ”What has it become? All Muslims have tattoos everywhere. Go to a bazaar, there are tattoos everywhere. It is increasing day by day. I think it should be banned by law. It is not healthy either. It's not clear what coloring you use. Is it made of rat droppings or frog urine?”” He received reaction from tattoo artists and tattoo artists with his statements.
“There is a penalty for not praying”
In another statement, Imam Halil Konakçı came to the agenda with his statement ”There is compulsion in religion”.
In Konakçı's shared video, he says: ”There is compulsion in religion. How? There is a penalty in law for not praying. It may not be applied now. There is a penalty in religion for not fasting. There is caning. So, there is coercion.”” He made the agenda again with his words.
“He who does not want Sharia is an infidel”
Halil Konakçı said, “There is an urgent need to define Muslim and infidel in this country. If a person curses Sharia and does not want Sharia, that person is an infidel. It's as simple as that.”.
In that video, which was criticized on social media, Konakçı said the following:
“Let him not violate the orders of the Prophet, blaspheme his turban, his beard, his headscarf and still think he is a Muslim. The definition of Muslim and infidel must be made urgently. There is entering religion and there is leaving religion... We will put this into their minds. Our duty is to tell them in such a way that their brains crack. This is what you call a Muslim, this is what you call an infidel.”
