Yes, who are these “saros”? They are a pathetic group of people who think they have monopolized the left and in doing so betray its most fundamental values. They consider themselves superior to the laws, the constitution, the state and even the nation that created this state. They act not with the principles of the party they are a member of, but with their office, position and personal interests. They consider themselves entitled to do anything, to exert any kind of pressure, to make any kind of meritless appointment.
While the CHP's institutional identity is being eroded day by day and the allegations are grave, none of these losers make a sound. On the contrary, they think it is their right to intervene in the unions, which they have turned into their backyard. But let me state this very clearly: Trade union rights are guaranteed by the constitution and protected by international conventions. It is a crime to interfere in a worker's union activities, to alienate them from their union or to threaten them because of their union membership. This is labor hostility and is punishable by law: Interference carries a prison sentence of at least four years.
While all these operations are being carried out against CHP municipalities, while the economy is shrinking, this mentality, which does not raise a voice against those who play with the bread of the workers, is taking it upon themselves to do something they have no business doing. In Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Antalya, Adana... In every municipality where the CHP won, they are mobbing and threatening the workers saying “Vote for these people, if you don't, we will replace you, we will fire you, we will burn your references”. They disregard workers“ right to vote, their conscience and union organization. While doing this, they wear the CHP badge and shamelessly walk around as ”social democrats".
They are “Yellow CHP members” just like the “yellow trade unionists”. Just as the yellow trade unionists are the voice of the bosses, siding with the employer rather than the worker, these Yellow CHP members serve the same function in the municipalities: They are the voice of the boss, the bureaucrat, rent and subcontractors. They walk around not so that they can win again, but so that they can line their pockets. We call out to these losers:
Those who are trying to gather votes for unionists close to them in Beşiktaş and Sarıyer, in the districts of Izmir, in other districts of Istanbul, in different municipalities of Ankara... Those who hide behind the party's badge and think that they can bend the will of the workers with threats, pressure, fear of dismissal, contrary to the CHP's principle of populism, in order to protect yellow unionists, should know that:
History writes not only of those who win, but also of those who stand with honor even when they lose. Sooner or later you will go to the dustbin of history. You chose to live off the back of this party, not to win it. That badge is not yours, it belongs to those who stand on the side of labor, sweat, right and the people. When a worker says “Yellow CHP member”, you will understand: You were the real losers.
Those who stand right will win sooner or later, and those who stand crooked will be damned.
