What has been going on in the CHP for some time now is far beyond an ordinary internal party debate. Since the 38th Ordinary Congress, those who have not said a word and closed their eyes to every scandal are now on the stage and saying “we object to the process”, which, to put it mildly, pushes the limits of brazenness.
Allegations of irregularities at the congress, shady moves against the will of the delegates and dirty backroom dealings concern not only the party base but the entire country. Indeed, some of these allegations were even voiced publicly by President Erdoğan.
It is truly exemplary that those who ignore even such a profound allegation and take refuge in the comfort of their seats, come out today and call for conscience.
The one who swallowed the rent...
Watching the delegate negotiations...
Not saying a word to the “St. İhsan Aktaş team” that has settled in the party with career calculations...
Those who for years have been melting the party's institutional identity step by step...
Now they are saying “we object”.
Look at this!
Where have you been until now?
They were the ones who dried the branches of the great plane tree; they are also the partners and carriers of today's swamp.
They were silent when Ekrem İmamoğlu appointed an interim chairman
They were silent while the unfree Special was being manipulated...
While the party was losing its identity, while the CHP was melting at the court gates, they were silent again.
And the sad thing is that they still don't realize that silence has led to this.
So what should they do now?
It's like this:
Shut up again!
We are already almost there...
A little more silence and “peace of mind” you become a retired MP.
Come on, give him a round of applause!
BEST OPPOSITION: INEFFECTIVE OPPOSITION
The political strategy of the government that has ruled this country for a long time is actually very clear:
A fragmented opposition is the best opposition.
Even a “dead main opposition” if possible.”
When we look at the picture today, we see that not only the CHP but almost all opposition parties are in deep disorganization and lack of vision.
There is no comprehensive exit plan for the economy...
There is no coherent production strategy for agriculture...
There is no realistic project on industry, technology, youth...
We are going through a period in which pretending is preferred instead of facing reality, in which “pretend politics” prevails.
The government skillfully turns this disorganization into an opportunity and successfully continues its operations to divide the CHP from both inside and outside.
If a country's opposition is weak, the government does not even need to be strong.
And today Turkey has been dragged to exactly this point.
