There should be no opposition to Özgür Özel forming a new party; on the contrary, this process should be supported.

Because if those seeking purification continue to walk hand in hand with the perpetrators who are the root cause of this situation, it will inevitably lead to similar problems in the future. This is inevitable.

We have long argued that the Republican People’s Party must rid itself of corruption in order to survive. At this point, however, the court’s ruling declaring the matter null and void has legally confirmed the existence of this corruption.

No one can claim, “We didn’t undermine the delegates” will.” At most, they can make the following defense:

“Things like that happen in every party.”

No. He should not have been a member of the Republican People’s Party, and he cannot be one in the future either.

When we look at those who are defying the court’s ruling, we see that those who stand alongside those left alone behind bars and the honorable members of Parliament awaiting their indictments are all on the same side.

The goal of those individuals is not the Republican People’s Party. Their goal is to use the party as a shield for themselves.

Betrayal often creeps up on you. Like ragweed, it first takes hold, then destroys. What’s more, it spreads rapidly wherever it takes root and takes over everything around it.

That is why Özgür Özel’s decision to form a new party should be supported; the way must be cleared for a natural process of renewal.

The next step should be the enforcement of court rulings, the lifting of indictments, and ensuring that the necessary trials take place.
