The Middle East policy of imperialist powers is no longer merely a regional issue; it has turned into a dangerous game with the potential to ignite a global catastrophe. In particular, the United States, NATO, and their allies in the region are, through their interventions carried out under the guise of “stability” and “security,” actually constructing a deep architecture of chaos.
The Middle East’s energy resources, geopolitical location, and fragile political structure have turned it into a chessboard for the great powers. But in this game, the pieces are the people, and the price is blood and destruction. The chain of interventions stretching from Iraq to Syria and from Libya to Yemen has left behind fragmented states, millions of refugees, and traumas that will last for generations.
At this point, regional tensions have evolved into a multi-layered power struggle in which Russia, China, and the Western bloc are directly pitted against one another. This situation goes beyond classic proxy wars and increases the risk of direct conflict. Every new military move, every new base, and every new arms shipment signals that a global war is one step closer.
The real danger, however, lies in the lack of control over these policies. Imperialist strategies ignore long-term disasters in pursuit of short-term gains. As diplomacy gives way to threats and negotiation gives way to force, the world is being dragged toward a precipice from which there is little chance of return.
World War III is not a prophecy; it is the natural consequence of misguided policies, greed, and the lust for power.
Those who play with fire in the Middle East bear the responsibility for a conflagration that will consume not only the region but all of humanity. And once that conflagration begins, there will be neither borders nor victors.
