The decision of absolute nullity in the 38th Congress, which has occupied the agenda of the country for months, even years, has registered that the congress has no legitimacy. With this decision, the alleged infiltration attempt against the Republican People's Party through the Ekrem İmamoğlu criminal organization was also prevented.
But despite this, some still act as if nothing has happened. Those who insistently and shamelessly position themselves as the alternative CHP did not refrain from casting a shadow over yesterday's Eid celebration ceremony.
Yesterday's events showed that those who should be ashamed have completely lost their sense of shame in public. The fact that the same attitude is still maintained while the allegations of bribery, accusations of extortion, delegate bargaining, tender relations, hiring and money traffic are in the open, reveals an exemplary picture in terms of political morality.
What more needs to happen?
What more truth do we need to show to those who do not accept the decision of absolute nullity?
This is the point at which the sense of shame and the vein of honor is lost.
It is another contradiction that those who make an issue out of the appearance of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's press advisor Atakan Sönmez and journalist Barış Yarkadaş on TGRT screens ignore the history of Samanyolu TV in Ekrem İmamoğlu's political journey.
Yesterday, Özgür Özel and his associates, who once again gave the appearance of an alternative and pirate rally, insisted on continuing the politics of demonstrations and marches.
So, were the necessary permits obtained for the Anıtkabir march?
Or were they deliberately paved the way so that they would not miss the opportunity to manufacture victimization?
Didn't they know that slogans should not be shouted at Anıtkabir?
Of course they knew.
But it is not a question of not knowing, but of doing it knowingly and willingly.
Coincidentally, among those hiding behind Özgür Özel's rhetoric of victimization, there are also some recruited MPs who have pending proceedings in Parliament on various charges.
The coming days should mark the beginning of a real purification process within the CHP.
Those who swear at, insult, curse or encourage Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu should be expelled from the party, including MPs.
Contracts with media organizations that support the structure thought to occupy the party administration with the resources of the Republican People's Party should be reviewed and necessary steps should be taken.
The Republican People's Party must also take a clear stance against those elements that are fed by its own resources and have the potential to bark at the opposing front.
Because what is needed today is not new debates;
It is purification.
And it seems that now is the time for real purification.
