The details of the burial, which was not publicized for security reasons, and the Forensic Medicine report on the killer's cause of death have become clear.

 

Released Mother Receives the Body

The mother of İsa Aras Mersinli, who was detained within the scope of the investigation following the incident, was released after her interrogation at the police station. It is learned that the released mother received the body of her son and buried him quietly in Osmaniye.

Cause of death was a single cut on his leg: Died of Blood Loss

The report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institution on the death of the perpetrator of the massacre revealed striking details. An expert committee determined that the cause of Mersinli's death was intense external bleeding.

A 2.5 centimeter sharp and blunt wound was found in the right leg area, inflicted by a blunt instrument on one side and a sharp instrument on the other. It was reported that the injury in question hit a large blood vessel and the resulting excessive blood loss triggered death.

Other Details in the Forensic Medicine Report

The report contains the following information on the physical characteristics and body examination of the 14-year-old attacker:
Mersinli was 1.79 meters tall and weighed 85-90 kilograms. It was stated that his hands were protected in a bag and electrode pads used during the intervention were found on his back. While dry blood stains were found throughout the body, no signs of beating or force were found on the palms, armpits and skin folds.

Pending Toxicology Results

The samples taken to determine whether there is any substance in the perpetrator's blood or tissues were sent to Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Group Presidency for detailed examination.
