Turkey on the screens, Real Turkey

Citizens are stuck between two propaganda walls.

Today the screens are divided in two...
On the one hand, the realities of the country, on the other, the endless theater of perception of politics.
How peaceful are you?
Inflation is rampant...
Minimum wage earners cannot make ends meet...
Civil servants' salaries are melting even before they reach their pockets...
The worker is struggling to survive...
The retired have already been feeling the difference between “surviving” and “living” for years...
But there is a completely different Turkey on the screens.
Everyone sits in their supposedly peaceful homes, in the warmth of a nuclear family, forgetting the economic crisis and watching the Republican People's Party's civil war.
Bribery allegations, delegate negotiations, seat calculations, congress debates...
And most importantly:
“Did the activist regret it or not?” contest
Someone is in a big hurry.
It is as if all the problems in the country have been solved and only the showdown within the CHP remains...
This is where the logic of Halk TV and Sözcü comes into play.
And what is on the other side?
On ATV, on A Haber, there is another universe.
The economy is great...
Natural gas in the Black Sea, oil in Gabar...
The world is jealous of Turkey...
Everything is perfect but the only problem is the CHP!
A shady congress?
That's already a bonus chapter...
You know, the new version of “if nothing happened, something definitely happened”...
Here's what's interesting:
Those who forget that the Republican People's Party is “the party of foundation and salvation”, those who use the party for their political ambitions, rent and interest calculations; when it comes to the difficult moment, this time they cling to the objection of “absolute nullity”.
Democracy, law, justice, party will...
They are all remembered at once.
Because it was never just about the law.
It became about the balance of power.
It became about the desire to design politics.
And they did it on purpose, they planned it.
The reason for the delay was not the fear of “absolute nullity”.
It was about the eagerness to put the opponent on the table as soon as they saw them weak.
They tried to show that they could press the button at any time.
Citizens are stuck between two propaganda walls.
One side is shouting “the country is bankrupt”...
The other side tells the tale of “the country is flying”...
So where is the truth?
In the real market.
The real bill.
Real rent.
In the empty pot of the real pensioner.
Your real young people are packing.
But obviously the screens have other priorities...
