All states of the world should be called upon to immediately stop the executions carried out by the state of Israel.
The Israeli state's violence against innocent people has reached a point where it can no longer be explained by the language of ordinary conflict. This is a systematic practice of ignoring and devaluing human life, hiding behind a security discourse. While even war has a law and a limit, targeting civilians is clearly a challenge to human conscience.
What is happening before the eyes of the world today is not only the tragedy of a geography; it is also a declaration of the collapse of the international system. In a system where children, women and the elderly are dying under bombs, the concept of “self-defense” loses its meaning. Because no security justification can justify the death of defenseless people.
The ineffectiveness of global institutions, especially the United Nations, further aggravates this picture. Resolutions are passed, statements are made, but nothing changes on the ground. This silence is not only a passive stance, but also an indirect approval. Where justice is silent, power speaks, and power always falls on the weakest.
What is happening today is not a security policy; it is a humanitarian crisis. To remain neutral in the face of this crisis is to take sides with the oppressor. Because the life of an innocent person is far beyond any political goal or military plan.
If the world really believes in what it calls “human rights”, it must take a clear stand against such acts. Otherwise, these concepts become empty words used only when it suits the powerful. And then only one truth remains: The law of the powerful.
Humanity is going through a test today. The loser in this test will not only be a people, but all those who remain silent, ignore and keep silent.
