They say the tongue has no bones.
It is true...
But there is also a side that nobody takes into account:
Spirit.
A word is not just the sound that comes out of the mouth.
The word is the march of thought.
It paves the way for action, keeps the pulse of the people.
Inhales but exhales.
The day rises but does not set; the day comes together.
You don't step on ashes; if you have to, you say the besmela.
Because the cult of fire is still alive in our memory and in our hearts.
Religions can change.
Times can change.
But centuries of life, experience and culture cannot be erased with a pen.
Minds that do not see this, unfortunately, remain mere flower pots.
The wisdom of the people, which is thought to be “ignorance”, is often expressed through the tongue.
For example, in Anatolia, bread is not made or baked; it is “written”.
This is an expression of the value attached to bread.
They are called ignorant, but Anatolian people are sages.
He knows the value of writing and food.
There is no line of destiny in Anatolia.
There is destiny.
It is not enough to be right.
You have to be honest.
Truthfulness is individual; honesty is a social virtue.
The lover's girth is hidden at the level of the heart.
The trust is placed on the head.
He who senses the hidden philosophy in words keeps the pulse of the people.
“May he rest in peace” with
“may he sleep in the light”
it's assumed to mean the same thing.
But the feeling it leaves is completely different.
People know this.
“He says, ”He stopped saying hello.".
No one will say “he cut the evening”.
Because salaam is not just a word.
Seeing, caring, conversing.
“He says, ”The way.".
If the path is broken, the way is useless.
In fact, it says, choose a method according to the time.
He who wears high heels on the path is doomed.
“He says, ”Let's drink, let's open up.".
It's not opened for drinking.
He drinks to open up.
It makes the beautiful cry.
It makes you say the ugly.
He finds a balance.
It produces its own justice.
A slow walker is “dead”,
he calls a fast walker “crazy”.
It actually teaches measure.
“You can cry alone, but you cannot laugh alone.”
Because only the one who laughs has a storm in his mind.
How profound is the word for the hospital and the court:
“May Allah make you never lack, and make you never need.”
“The stream doesn't hold dirt.”
The flaws of the working man are erased.
Stagnant water smells.
And the person standing still.
Language does not own words.
It is the brain.
Every word is a distillation of a culture.
Those who despise the language of the people cannot connect with the people.
Difficulties in communication.
He stumbles in politics.
He will be alone in life.
This is the biggest disconnect between the people and some sections of the so-called “intellectuals” today:
Not being able to feel the spirit of the words...
They say the tongue has no bones.
That's right.
But they forget:
Language has a soul.
And those who have lost that spirit,
he just talks
He can't say anything.
