The same allegations again in recent days...
“That one gave this much money to be a candidate.”
With all due respect, this is neither the first nor the last time in this country.
It's not even surprising anymore.
A long time ago, when I was talking to my father, he used to say:
“Son, every part of this business has a price tag.”
Then he used to talk about the traffic police...
It turns out that it's not just the traffic, it's the system itself.
Years later, I told this to a fellow member of parliament.
He laughed.
Because everybody knows, nobody talks.
Today I look at those who call for “clean politics”...
You can't help but smile.
Which party?
CHP? AK Party? MHP?
Is there really anyone outside this order?
Yesterday the construction of one, today the patronage of another...
Tomorrow someone else.
The names change, the order remains the same.
What are we doing?
We sit and watch.
Same movie, different actors.
Politics in our country is not based on civic consciousness, but on money.
I have seen it, lived it, observed it.
The man who didn't have a jacket in his pocket until yesterday,
If after 10 years he leaves that seat with hundreds of millions
The question to be asked is very simple:
Where did this money come from?
But we are not asking that question.
Instead of asking, we take sides.
The more they take sides, the more the order continues.
Result?
Nothing has changed.
Only the signs are changing.
And we
We are still watching.
