I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who are trying to liquidate Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who established the widest social consensus in the history of the Republic, brought together every color of this country at the same table with the Halil İbrahim Table and became the fearful dream of the government with a vote rate approaching 49 percent, with political conspiracies.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who sacrificed the party of the founding and salvation of the Republic to their personal ambitions, seat calculations and dirty bargains.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who are not interested in the problems of the people and pursue their own political fortunes while millions live at the hunger limit, while pensioners cannot make ends meet, while young people lose hope from unemployment, while farmers cannot sell what they produce, while workers cannot get the value of their sweat.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed that those who do not take to the squares once for the people organize rallies every week when it comes to their own circles and interests.
I am ashamed
For 13 years, I am ashamed of the disloyal people who try to commemorate a president who kept his party alive despite all kinds of attacks, increased its votes, and worked day and night, not with applause but with boos.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who call those they walked shoulder to shoulder with yesterday traitors today, those who slander those they praised yesterday, those who sell friendship and struggle for their political interests.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who shattered the party's spirit of unity for the sake of seats, those who divided the organization into camps, those who turned brother against brother.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who normalize behaviors that do not fit into any moral value, any political principle, and those who try to silence those who question them.
I am ashamed
I am ashamed of those who insult the way of life of millions of people with an arrogance alien to the culture, faith and values of Anatolia.
But it must be known;
I am not ashamed of fighting, I am not ashamed of speaking the truth, I am not ashamed of defending the rights of labor, I am not ashamed of standing by the oppressed, and I am not ashamed of supporting Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's struggle for years.
The ones who should be ashamed are those who sacrifice the hope of the people for their personal calculations.
