163 delegates are included in the investigation files.
44 delegates are under arrest.
21 delegates have already switched to the AK Party.
14 delegates were expelled from the party and 5 delegates resigned.
Emphasizing that the legitimacy of the delegates has become seriously questionable, Tekin opposed the calls for a convention, saying, “How healthy, how inclusive and how uncontroversial can a convention under these conditions be?”.

Zeynel Emre, one of the names close to Özgür Özel, who was suspended from the chairmanship after a court decision, announced that they are taking action to convene an extraordinary congress.
Reminding that there was no step from Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's side regarding the date of the convention during the Eid holiday, Emre announced that they will start collecting signatures from delegates starting tomorrow. “We will collect the signatures of all authorized delegates in line with the court's decision,” Emre said, adding that they are confident they will find the necessary support.
