Graduating from four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, electrical-electronics engineering and industrial engineering departments of faculties or higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence is recognized by the Higher Education Council,
c. To have graduated from engineering departments of faculties providing four-year education other than those mentioned in subparagraph (b), from departments of faculties of science and literature, education and educational sciences, computer and technology departments, statistics, mathematics and physics departments, or from higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence is recognized by the Higher Education Council, (Graduates of the departments mentioned in this section can apply for 2 times the monthly gross contract salary ceiling)
d. HOW MUCH WILL BE PAID?
Pursuant to the additional article 6 of the Decree Law No. 375, no other payment (additional payment, fund, overtime, etc.) can be made to the Contracted IT Personnel under any name other than the contract fee. The monthly gross contract wage ceiling shall be the amount to be found as a result of multiplying the contract wage ceiling determined in Article 3 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect by the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 6.6.1978 and numbered 7/15754 for those employed according to paragraph (B) of Article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 (the wage ceiling determined for the second six months of the year is 24,874.40 TL) by the multiples specified in the visa table.
