Vicdan\u0131n de\u011firmenine su ta\u015f\u0131yan merhameti \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n de\u011firmenine su ta\u015f\u0131yan ise payla\u015fmay\u0131, dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve ortak ya\u015fam\u0131 geli\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p>Peki ya s\u00fcrekli kendi de\u011firmenine su ta\u015f\u0131yan insan?<\/p>\n<p>Kendi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u0131, kendi etkisini ve kendi merkezili\u011fini besleyen bir insan demokratik toplum in\u015fa edebilir mi?<\/p>\n<p>Bu soru yaln\u0131zca bireysel bir ahlak sorusu de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda siyasal, toplumsal ve felsefi bir sorudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc demokratik toplumun kaderi, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde onu kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan insanlar\u0131n ki\u015filiklerinde sakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik toplumun \u00f6z\u00fc \u201cben\u201d de\u011fil, \u201cbiz\u201d bilincidir. Ortak ya\u015fam\u0131n geli\u015fmesi, bireyin kendisini toplumun \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, toplumun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rebilmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu nedenle demokratik toplum yaln\u0131zca bir y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bir ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat kendi de\u011firmenine su ta\u015f\u0131yan insan i\u00e7in toplum \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ama\u00e7 de\u011fil ara\u00e7t\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar birlikte \u00fcretilecek de\u011ferler olarak de\u011fil, kendi etkisini b\u00fcy\u00fctecek unsurlar olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flan\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde dayan\u0131\u015fma zay\u0131flar, payla\u015f\u0131m daral\u0131r ve ortak ak\u0131l giderek yerini ki\u015fisel hesaplara b\u0131rak\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar tam da burada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidar yaln\u0131zca devlet, makam veya para de\u011fildir. \u0130ktidar, insan\u0131n kendisini merkeze yerle\u015ftirme e\u011filimidir. Her konuda belirleyici olmak istemesi, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duymas\u0131, ele\u015ftiriyi geli\u015fim f\u0131rsat\u0131 yerine tehdit olarak alg\u0131lamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle iktidar sorunu, kurumlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmadan \u00f6nce ki\u015filikte ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda insan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck yenilgisi ba\u015fkalar\u0131na yenilmesi de\u011fildir; kendi egosuna yenilmesidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendi egosuna yenilen insan, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten s\u00f6z etse de \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015femez; e\u015fitlikten s\u00f6z etse de e\u015fitli\u011fi ya\u015fatamaz. Kendi i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fi iktidar sorununu, kuraca\u011f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir toplumsal modelde \u00e7\u00f6zemez.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi i\u00e7indeki iktidar e\u011filimini a\u015famam\u0131\u015f bir insan\u0131n kurdu\u011fu yap\u0131 ne kadar demokratik g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrse g\u00f6r\u00fcns\u00fcn, zamanla kendi karakterini yans\u0131tmaya ba\u015flar. Kom\u00fcn de kursa, meclis de olu\u015ftursa, dernek de y\u00f6netse, e\u011fer zihniyetinde payla\u015f\u0131m yerine h\u00fckmetme arzusu varsa, kurdu\u011fu yap\u0131 da bundan etkilenir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden demokratik toplum meselesi yaln\u0131zca sistem meselesi de\u011fildir; ayn\u0131 zamanda bir ki\u015filik meselesidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle ele\u015ftiri ve \u00f6zele\u015ftiri konusu burada belirleyici hale gelir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr, insan\u0131n kendisini sorgulayabilme cesareti \u00fczerine kuruludur. Kendi eksiklikleriyle y\u00fczle\u015febilen insan geli\u015febilir. Kendisini ele\u015ftirinin \u00fcst\u00fcnde g\u00f6ren insan ise zamanla hakikatten uzakla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6yle bir ki\u015filik toplant\u0131lar\u0131 da ger\u00e7ek anlamda demokratikle\u015ftiremez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplant\u0131y\u0131 ortak akl\u0131n geli\u015fti\u011fi bir alan olarak de\u011fil, kendi etkisinin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr oldu\u011fu bir alan olarak g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flar. Ele\u015ftiri onun i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsat\u0131 de\u011fil, konumuna y\u00f6nelmi\u015f bir tehdit haline gelir. Dinlemek yerine savunur, anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaya y\u00f6nelir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oysa hakikate yolculuk, insan\u0131n \u00f6nce kendisiyle y\u00fczle\u015febilme cesaretidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kendi zaaflar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6remeyen insan toplumsal sorunlar\u0131 da do\u011fru okuyamaz. Kendi i\u00e7indeki iktidar e\u011filimlerini sorgulamayan insan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini bile fark\u0131nda olmadan yeni ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131klar \u00fcreten bir alana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Tarih boyunca \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck iddias\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir\u00e7ok hareketin zamanla ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi yap\u0131lara benzemesi tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. Sorun \u00e7o\u011fu zaman hedeflerde de\u011fil, o hedefleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filiklerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeyen insan, eline ge\u00e7en her arac\u0131 sonunda kendi zihniyetine g\u00f6re \u015fekillendirir.<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u00fcnler, meclisler, dernekler, kooperatifler ya da demokratik kurumlar tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn garantisi de\u011fildir. E\u011fer onlar\u0131 ya\u015fatan insan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015fse, demokratik ara\u00e7lar bile zamanla ki\u015fisel n\u00fcfuz alanlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. Yetkinin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken yerde yetki birikir; ortak eme\u011fin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi gereken yerde ki\u015filer b\u00fcy\u00fcr; hakikatin konu\u015fulmas\u0131 gereken yerde ise sadakat \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle demokratik toplumun ilk \u015fart\u0131 demokratik kurumlar de\u011fil, demokratik ki\u015filiktir.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik ki\u015filik; payla\u015fabilen, dinleyebilen, yetkiyi tek elde toplamayan, ele\u015ftiriden korkmayan, \u00f6zele\u015ftiriyi geli\u015fmenin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ren ve kendisini merkeze koymadan birlikte ya\u015famay\u0131 ba\u015farabilen ki\u015filiktir. B\u00f6yle bir insan i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck de\u011fil sorumluluk, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck ise ayr\u0131cal\u0131k de\u011fil hizmet imk\u00e2n\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7ta soru d\u00f6n\u00fcp dola\u015f\u0131p ayn\u0131 yere gelir:<\/p>\n<p>Kendi de\u011firmenine su ta\u015f\u0131yan insan demokratik toplum in\u015fa edebilir mi?<\/p>\n<p>Belki bir \u00f6rg\u00fct kurabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Belki bir kurum yaratabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Belki \u00e7evresinde kalabal\u0131klar toplayabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat demokratik toplum bundan \u00e7ok daha derin ve fazla bir \u015feydir.<\/p>\n<p>Demokratik toplum, insanlar\u0131n bir egoizm g\u00f6lgesinde de\u011fil, ortak hakikatin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bulu\u015fabildi\u011fi ya\u015famd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle demokratik toplumun \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biri yaln\u0131zca d\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zdaki iktidarlar de\u011fil, i\u00e7imizde ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z iktidar arzusudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan\u0131n kurdu\u011fu her yap\u0131, biraz da kendi ki\u015fili\u011finin aynas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde payla\u015f\u0131m varsa payla\u015f\u0131m b\u00fcy\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde hakikat varsa hakikat b\u00fcy\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde sevgi varsa sevgi b\u00fcy\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Ama i\u00e7inde iktidar varsa, en g\u00fczel fikirler bile zamanla onun g\u00f6lgesine girer.<\/p>\n<p>Belki de bu y\u00fczden yeni bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yolu \u00f6nce yeni bir insandan ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi egosunu a\u015famam\u0131\u015f insan\u0131n kurdu\u011fu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, yar\u0131m bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamam\u0131\u015f insan\u0131n kurdu\u011fu demokrasi, eksik bir demokrasidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi i\u00e7inde devrim yapamam\u0131\u015f insan\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 devrim ise er ya da ge\u00e7 eski d\u00fcnyan\u0131n izlerini ta\u015f\u0131maya ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan, fark\u0131nda olsun ya da olmas\u0131n, sonunda en \u00e7ok su ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011firmene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Ve belki de hakikatin sormaya devam etti\u011fi en yak\u0131c\u0131 soru \u015fudur:<\/p>\n<p>Sen d\u00fcnyay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, seni de\u011fi\u015ftirip d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren hangi de\u011firmendi?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bir insan\u0131n ne s\u00f6yledi\u011finden \u00e7ok, hangi de\u011firmene su ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan zamanla en \u00e7ok besledi\u011fi \u015feye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.
