Because society looks not only at what the person at the top says, but also how they live. If a politician talks about family, morality, honor for years and then comes out of completely different lives, people do not only see a relationship issue there. They see more of a character issue. They see a matter of sincerity.<\/p>\n
In fact, it is not only what is done that gets on people's nerves. It's the fact that after it is done, it is treated as if nothing happened. Because in this country, an ordinary person pays the price for even a small mistake, sometimes for years. But you look at some powerful people, everything is revealed, and they can still come out and moralize to the people.<\/p>\n
It is this state of comfort that sits inside people.<\/p>\n
There is also another side to this. The mistakes made by people in positions of power in politics do not only harm themselves. It also harms the people who have worked for that party for years. It also harms the voters who have nothing to do with it. Because most of the time citizens see the party, not the person.<\/p>\n
When an executive makes a mistake, people sometimes put the whole organization in the same place. The labor of people who have devoted their hearts to that party, who have worked street by street for years is also worn out. The party's institutional identity suffers. The sense of trust weakens.<\/p>\n
Because politics is not only an individual field. People also carry the structure they represent.<\/p>\n
And power can really change a person. A person who is constantly applauded, constantly protected, after a while starts to not see himself as a normal person. He starts to live as if the rules are for others.<\/p>\n
Everyone knows, but no one talks. Because everyone has a fear, an interest or a secret that touches each other.<\/p>\n
This is partly where the public's trust is broken. People are reacting not only to privacy, but to the air of impunity around powerful people.<\/p>\n
Then the citizen inevitably thinks: \u201cSo, if you are powerful, you can do anything.\u201d<\/p>\n
This is one of the worst feelings for a society. To think that justice doesn't work the same for everyone.<\/p>\n
