Yans\u0131tma yoluyla \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin hem kendilerinin hem de \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve iyile\u015ftirilmesi gereken y\u00f6nlerini de\u011ferlendirmeleri beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmenler buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcrecini iyile\u015ftirebilir ve \u00f6\u011frencilere daha iyi \u00f6\u011frenme deneyimleri sunabilirler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretme-\u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin genel olarak s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclse de \u00f6\u011fretmenler yans\u0131tma yaparken etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 okul y\u00f6neticileri, \u00f6\u011fretmenler, \u00f6\u011frenciler, veliler ve akademisyenler gibi payda\u015flardan elde ettikleri geri bildirimleri de kullanabilirler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmen yans\u0131tmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme formlar\u0131, \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme formlar\u0131, anekdot kay\u0131tlar\u0131, g\u00fcnl\u00fckler, ama\u00e7l\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmalar, z\u00fcmre ve \u015fube \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulu raporlar\u0131, geli\u015fim dosyalar\u0131, mikro \u00f6\u011fretim de\u011ferlendirmeleri ve ders raporlar\u0131 gibi veri kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>TYMM uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde neredeyse iki e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7ti.
