What are you capable of!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu's law is entrusted to \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel, what a pity!<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel's following remarks are noteworthy:<br \/>\n\u201cThe law of our former General President is entrusted to me first and foremost. I condemn it in one word.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This was the most prominent sentence of yesterday.<br \/>\nSo you have to ask:<br \/>\nIf there was such a sensitivity, why wasn't Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu's law protected at the 38th Congress?<\/p>\n<p>Obeying the law is of course essential. However, the issue is not only to emphasize \u201claw\u201d, but to be able to defend that law in all circumstances and in a consistent manner.<br \/>\nAt this point, some questions come to mind.<\/p>\n<p>Is there an attempt to create a ground for d\u00e9tente with the rhetoric carried out through Cumhuriyet columnist Mine K\u0131r\u0131kkanat by making it appear as if \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel is supporting K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu?<\/p>\n<p>Or are these really independent developments?<\/p>\n<p>The answers to these questions may be hidden behind the scenes of politics. But the public image suggests that this is no simple coincidence.<br \/>\n\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel's facial expression when he met K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu at the funeral of the late H\u00fcsamettin Cindoruk is also remembered. That moment was quite remarkable in terms of the emotions reflected between the lines of politics.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, there has been neither a strong reaction from the party's corporate identity against the systematic insult and smear campaigns against Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, nor an inclusive and unifying stance in \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel's statements.<\/p>\n<p>Today, a different language is used.<br \/>\nThis change inevitably raises the question:<br \/>\nIs the possibility of \u201cabsolute nullity\u201d the main reason behind this change of discourse?<br \/>\nIf not, the following questions need to be answered clearly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was the CHP's 38th congress really free of controversy and shame?<\/li>\n<li>Or does today's d\u00e9tente show that the question marks from that period are still alive?<\/li>\n<li>Did the ordinary and extraordinary congress processes attempt to legitimize a controversial ground?<\/li>\n<li>Weren't those who thought differently within the party, especially those who stood close to K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, purged through disciplinary processes?<\/li>\n<li>Were there no lobbying activities to prevent K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu from becoming influential again?<\/li>\n<li>Were the contacts with B\u00fclent Ar\u0131n\u00e7 in this context not publicized?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On the other hand, with campaigns targeting K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu's reputation on Halk TV and some other media outlets, how credible is it to say that K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu was really unaware of this process?<\/p>\n<p>When all these developments are evaluated together, the picture is clear:<br \/>\nToday's discourse on \u201claw\u201d contradicts the silence of the past.<br \/>\nThe most tangible result of these contradictions is that the CHP has been dragged into an image characterized by controversy and suspicion.<\/p>\n<p>And finally...<br \/>\nThe comments under \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel's post about Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu on the social media platform X are another indicator.<br \/>\nThose comments, which in the past turned into an archive full of insults and profanity, make one question how much the claim of \u201cownership of the law\u201d that is being voiced today resonates.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion:<br \/>\nIn politics, consistency is as important as rhetoric.<br \/>\nIf a defense of \u201claw\u201d is to be made, it should have been made with the same determination not only today but also yesterday.<br \/>\nOtherwise, only one sentence comes to mind:<br \/>\nAbsolute nullity...
