There is no <strong>production mechanism<\/strong> There are.<\/p>\n<p>The perpetrator changes.<br \/>\nThe city changes.<br \/>\nBut the result does not change.<\/p>\n<p>This is no coincidence.<br \/>\nThis is the same ground producing the same result.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest mistake made today is still to read the issue as \u201cvulnerability\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No, no, no.<br \/>\nIt's not the door.<br \/>\nThe problem is getting to that door.<\/p>\n<p>Because violence does not start at school.<br \/>\nViolence starts much earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Children are no longer just on the street, <strong>growing on the screen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And that screen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrating violence<\/li>\n<li>Normalizes violence<\/li>\n<li>Turning violence into a tool of visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A child learns this even before he or she completes his or her identity:<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cIf you want attention, you have to cross the line.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the breaking point.<\/p>\n<p>It's not about that anymore:<br \/>\n\u201cWhere did he get the gun?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The point is this:<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cWhere did he get this idea?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because violence today is not an individual deviation,<br \/>\n<strong>is a digitally fed behavior model.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Algorithms emphasize violence.<br \/>\nViolence attracts attention.<br \/>\nWhat attracts attention spreads.<\/p>\n<p>And the child realizes:<br \/>\n<strong>Violence is the shortest way to become visible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From this point on, school is just a place.<br \/>\nThe main stage has already been set.<\/p>\n<p>The gun enters through the school gate.<br \/>\nBut violence enters the mind much earlier, through the screen.<\/p>\n<p>And if this production area is not brought under control,<br \/>\nno matter how many guards you put on the door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHY IS THE STATE ALWAYS LATE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the most critical breaking point of the problem:<\/p>\n<p>The state is still <strong>works according to the physical world.<\/strong><br \/>\nBut the threat is now <strong>is produced in the digital world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This incompatibility is the root cause of what happened.<\/p>\n<p>What is the reflex when something happens today?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Putting security in the school<\/li>\n<li>Post a guard at the gate<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the number of cameras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are necessary.<br \/>\nBut let's be clear: <strong>insufficient.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because they target results.<br \/>\nThe problem is that the result was produced much earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Before a child comes to school with a gun:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traces violence<\/li>\n<li>Normalizes violence<\/li>\n<li>Internalizes violence<\/li>\n<li>And finally it applies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The state is part of this chain <strong>in the last ring<\/strong> it comes into play.<\/p>\n<p>So it's always the same thing:<br \/>\n<strong>Incident happens \u2192 statement is made \u2192 investigation is launched.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But this is what should happen:<br \/>\n<strong>Identifying risk before it happens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is what we call state capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Today this capacity is clearly weakened.<br \/>\nBecause the system misses three critical points:<\/p>\n<p><strong>RISK IS NO LONGER VISIBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The threat used to be on the street.<br \/>\nToday the threat is on the screen.<\/p>\n<p>It grows in the closed room, in the individual world, in algorithms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DATA, NO WISDOM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Everything is on record.<br \/>\nBut nothing is analyzed.<\/p>\n<p>But there are millions of content:<br \/>\n<strong>Which one turns into behavior? \u2192 No follow-up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REFLEX SLOW, THREAT FAST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The digital world is instantaneous.<br \/>\nState machinery is lagging.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Threat emerges \u2192 grows \u2192 materializes \u2192 the state catches up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But it was too late.<\/p>\n<p>There was an attack in Urfa.<\/p>\n<p>What does a normal system do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiates a nationwide emergency security protocol<\/li>\n<li>Quickly screens risky profiles<\/li>\n<li>Strictly controls access to weapons<\/li>\n<li>Enables digital threat analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>None of this has been done.<\/p>\n<p>And the next day Marash happened.<\/p>\n<p>This is no longer \u201cnegligence\u201d.<br \/>\nThis one, <strong>is the problem of the unlearning system.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a system does not learn from the first mistake,<br \/>\nThe second mistake is inevitable.<\/p>\n<p>The third mistake is the character of the residual system.<\/p>\n<p>This is exactly where we are today:<\/p>\n<p>Mistakes are not the exception,<br \/>\n<strong>has become the order itself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But something more dangerous is happening:<\/p>\n<p>Society is getting used to it.<br \/>\nThe state normalizes this.<\/p>\n<p>And the most critical threshold is crossed:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A late reflex is considered an adequate reflex.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is where the collapse begins.<\/p>\n<p>Because as soon as a system starts to see itself as sufficient,<br \/>\nit doesn't fix itself anymore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOU WILL EITHER PREVENT IT OR YOU WILL LIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The issue is now clear.<br \/>\nIt's clear what happened. It's clear why.<\/p>\n<p>The question is this:<br \/>\n<strong>Do you really want to stop it, or just talk about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because there is no such thing as a \u201chalf solution\u201d in this kind of crisis.<br \/>\nEither you intervene radically or you repeat the same sentence:<\/p>\n<p>He was there yesterday.<br \/>\nHe is here today.<br \/>\nWhere is tomorrow?<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCESS TO WEAPONS WILL BE SYSTEMATICALLY CUT OFF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This cannot be solved by saying \u201cwe will increase inspections\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>You will put a concrete obligation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If there is a gun in the house \u2192 <strong>locked safe will be mandatory<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If child access is available \u2192 <strong>heavy sanctions will be imposed directly<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>License \u2192 not only issued, <strong>will be a continuously monitored process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let's be clear about the truth:<\/p>\n<p>A child taking a gun from home and going to school,<br \/>\n\u201cnot \u201dindividual error\", <strong>is systemic permission.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROTECTED, NOT MONITORED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today schools are not protected.<br \/>\nIt is just being watched.<\/p>\n<p>This approach has collapsed.<\/p>\n<p>What needs to be done:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inputs and outputs <strong>controlled and systematic<\/strong> will be<\/li>\n<li>For students showing risky behavior <strong>early warning system<\/strong> will be established<\/li>\n<li>Counseling services are not \u201cpaperwork\u201d, <strong>active risk analysis<\/strong> will do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the most critical decision:<\/p>\n<p><strong>School security is a matter of national security, not education.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because it is not about discipline,<br \/>\n<strong>direct life safety.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIGITAL WORLD: NO EMPTY SPACE LEFT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the most critical but most avoided area.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing can be solved without accepting this fact:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violence does not start at school.<br \/>\nIt starts on the screen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That's why:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to violent content <strong>will be limited by age<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Algorithms <strong>will be audited<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Digital awareness for families <strong>will be made compulsory<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For children with risky content consumption <strong>early intervention system<\/strong> will be established<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is not a debate about \u201cfreedom\u201d.<br \/>\nThis one, <strong>is a matter of mental security.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If this field is left blank,<br \/>\nall other measures only <strong>for show.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE MOST CRITICAL STEP: ACCOUNTABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Everyone avoids talking about it.<br \/>\nBut here is the knot.<\/p>\n<p>There's an incident:<br \/>\nThe lower echelon is investigated \u2192 the file is closed.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing will change until this cycle is broken.<\/p>\n<p>The questions are clear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Who did not supervise?<\/li>\n<li>Who didn't see the risk?<\/li>\n<li>Who didn't intervene?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And these questions <strong>will be asked upwards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Because the systems are not with intention,<br \/>\n<strong>accountability.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now the sentence is very clear:<\/p>\n<p>These events can be stopped.<\/p>\n<p>But first, this must be accepted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education is not the only problem<\/li>\n<li>It's not just about security<\/li>\n<li>It's not just the individual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The problem is the floor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As long as that ground doesn't change,<br \/>\nyou just change the name of the city.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday Marash.<br \/>\nToday is Urfa.<\/p>\n<p>And if these steps are not taken...<\/p>\n<p>You ask the same question again:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where is
