But the truth is quite the opposite. At no other time in history has the human being been as easily measurable, classifiable and reducible as today.

And this reduction is based on a single axis: material power.

Frida Kahlo's sentence from years ago still stands tall in the face of this decay: People are judged not by what they possess, but by their kindness, culture and conscience. This is not an aesthetic preference; it is a criterion of civilization.

Today, this criterion has been consciously reversed. It is no longer about who a person is, but what they have. Character has receded, the showcase has come to the fore. The human being has turned into an object that exhibits itself rather than being itself.

It is necessary to pause here and make a clear observation:
This is not just individual corruption; it is systematic value engineering.

Because the order of consumption determines not only what we buy but also what we respect. In an order where the rich are considered right, the visible are considered valuable, and the powerful are considered right, conscience, kindness and compassion are naturally declared “unnecessary”.

This is where the link between morality and success breaks down.

Being successful is no longer about being good. In fact, often the opposite is true: The tougher you are, the more ruthless you are, the more you “play by the rules”, the faster you rise. This sends the following message to society: Virtue is a hindrance, not an advantage.

And societies internalize this message much faster than we think.

Today, if a child is told to “be successful” rather than “be a good person”, there is a breakdown of civilization. Because when the criterion of success is detached from morality, only competition remains. And where there is competition, interest speaks, not compassion.

Result?

Rich but insecure people.
Strong but disrespectful relationships.
Crowded but lonely individuals.

And the most dangerous:
Normalization of everything.

People no longer question this distortion. Because the system has become so skillful that it makes the decay invisible. Everyone is in a race, no one questions the direction.

But the real question is this:
Is winning first place in a false race really winning?

The Dismantling of Lordship The Transformation of Power into Rudeness

The biggest loss of modern man is not money, not office, not status.
The real loss of modern man: is mastery.

The trinity of “courtesy, culture, conscience” that Frida Kahlo points to is actually summarized in a single concept: Mastery. This is not a rule of etiquette; it is a self-imposed limit. Not to overflow when you have power, to keep the measure even when you are right, not to get dirty when you win...

But today this border has been deliberately eliminated.

Because the ideal person of the new world is not a “master”; aggressive, competitive and uninhibited is the one.

Caution:
Who are the most applauded people today?

- Tough talkers
- Offensive ones
- Those who see every way to win as permissible

These are now marketed as “strong character”. But what is really happening is that it is not strength, it is lack of control. It is not a character, it is a lack of character.

Mastery is the capacity for self-restraint.
Today, those who have lost their reins are put before us as leaders.

This transformation is not a coincidence. Because a masterful person is a person who is difficult to manipulate. A person with a conscience does not fall for every trick. A person with kindness does not disguise himself in every disguise for the sake of profit.

But the system wants the opposite:
A type of person who is easily manipulated, consumes fast and reacts instantly.

That is why mastership has been devalued.
What replaced it?

Rudeness = sincerity
Aggression = self-confidence
Selfishness = individualism

Words have been hollowed out, their meanings turned inside out.

Today, if a person rises without crushing others, he is seen as “weak”.
If she does not shout in an argument, she is considered “ineffective”.
If he rejects an opportunity on ethical grounds, he is considered “naive”.

This is not just a problem of perception; it is a direct moral inversion - i.e. reversal of values.

And at this point it is necessary to say this clearly:

Where there is no mastery, there is no justice.
Where there is no civility, there is no society.
Where there is no conscience, power is only a greater threat.

The sense of insecurity we are experiencing today, people's intolerance for each other, the constant state of tension... None of this is a coincidence. These are the natural consequences of the liquidation of mastership.

Because people no longer look at each other as “people” but as tools.

And a human being seen as a tool has no rights.
It only has value - market value.

The Inevitable Consequence: The Collapse of a Society that Loses Its Value

The collapse of a society does not happen suddenly. It does not happen noisily, with great ruptures, in a single event. Rather, it proceeds quietly. It comes with small concessions, unnoticed, often even “normalized”.

This is exactly what we are experiencing today:
Normalization of collapse.

The values Frida Kahlo points to - conscience, compassion, kindness - appear to be individual virtues. But they are also the supporting pillars of a society. When these pillars weaken, the system begins to rot from within, even if it appears to be standing.

Today, there is constant talk of economic crises, political tensions and debates about justice. But none of these are causes in themselves. They are consequences.

The real reason is this:
People no longer prefer what is right, but what suits them.

This is a weakness when the choice remains individual,
when it becomes widespread, it becomes a system.

And from that point on, decay becomes institutionalized.

Merit gives way to loyalty.
Justice gives way to power.
Reality loses its place to perception.

The most dangerous thing is this:
Nobody feels guilty.

Because everyone is doing the same thing.
Because everybody started to say “this is the rule of the game”.

This is where the collapse becomes certain.

Societies are destroyed not by external enemies but by internal erosion.
What weakens a country is not a lack of resources, but a lack of character.

If people don't trust each other,
if the sense of justice is damaged,
if the strong are considered right...

There is now only an order, but no society.

And we need to see this harsh reality:

A society that has lost its conscience loses even if it wins.
Because there is no value left to protect.

So it is not just a matter of individual morality; it is an existential choice.

Man is either centered on mastery, compassion and conscience.
or power, interest and visibility.

There is no middle ground.

Let the last word be the most disturbing one:

Today many people can be richer, more visible, more powerful.
But at the same time shallower, lonelier and more worthless.

And it is precisely here that the real destruction of a society begins.

People are judged not by what they possess, but by their kindness, culture and conscience.
