{"id":284836,"date":"2026-04-08T06:32:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T06:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/halkweb.com.tr\/?p=284836"},"modified":"2026-04-08T06:32:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T06:32:11","slug":"sari-altin-ve-ak-baldir-inonuden-bugune-siyasetin-degismeyen-sinavi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/halkweb.com.tr\/en\/sari-altin-ve-ak-baldir-inonuden-bugune-siyasetin-degismeyen-sinavi\/","title":{"rendered":"Yellow Gold and White Honey: The Unchanging Test of Politics from \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc to Today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019in kurucu kadrolar\u0131ndan \u0130smet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn gen\u00e7 siyaset\u00e7ilere atfedilen \u015fu uyar\u0131s\u0131, yaln\u0131zca bir d\u00f6nemin de\u011fil, siyasetin do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zl\u00fc bir tarifidir: \u201cEvlad\u0131m sar\u0131 alt\u0131ndan ve ak bald\u0131rdan uzak dur.\u201d Bu s\u00f6z, aradan ge\u00e7en onca y\u0131la ra\u011fmen h\u00e2l\u00e2 g\u00fcncelli\u011fini koruyorsa, bunun nedeni T\u00fcrkiye siyasetinin de\u011fi\u015fim kadar s\u00fcreklilik de bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc d\u00f6neminde Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi, devlet ile neredeyse \u00f6zde\u015f bir yap\u0131 arz ediyordu. Siyaset, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc anlamda rekabetin ve \u00e7o\u011fulculu\u011fun alan\u0131 olmaktan ziyade, devletin kurucu ilkelerini koruma ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme sorumlulu\u011funun bir uzant\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131. Bu yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde etik, bireysel tercihlerden \u00e7ok \u201cdevlet ciddiyeti\u201d ve \u201cg\u00f6rev ahlak\u0131\u201d \u00fczerinden \u015fekilleniyordu. Ancak bu durum, g\u00fcc\u00fcn yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkisini ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131yordu; yaln\u0131zca farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde tezah\u00fcr etmesine neden oluyordu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u201csar\u0131 alt\u0131n\u201d ve \u201cak bald\u0131r\u201d metaforlar\u0131, tam da bu noktada devreye girer. Siyaset\u00e7i, elindeki kamu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc maddi kazanca d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmemeli ve makam\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 n\u00fcfuzu ki\u015fisel zaaflar\u0131n\u0131n hizmetine sunmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu uyar\u0131, asl\u0131nda siyasal iktidar\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131na dair evrensel bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi dile getirir: G\u00fc\u00e7, denetlenmedi\u011finde de\u011fil, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir etikle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tehlikelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sine ve Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi\u2019ne bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise \u00e7ok daha karma\u015f\u0131k bir siyasal tabloyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. \u00c7ok partili hayat\u0131n yerle\u015fti\u011fi, se\u00e7im rekabetinin sertle\u015fti\u011fi ve siyasetin ekonomik, medyatik ve toplumsal boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz. Art\u0131k siyaset, yaln\u0131zca fikirlerin de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda kaynaklar\u0131n, ili\u015fkilerin ve alg\u0131lar\u0131n da m\u00fccadelesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn uyar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha da g\u00fcncel k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u201cSar\u0131 alt\u0131n\u201d, bug\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca bireysel zenginle\u015fmeyi de\u011fil; siyasi finansman a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131, ihale ili\u015fkilerini ve ekonomik n\u00fcfuz alanlar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayan geni\u015f bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131r. \u201cAk bald\u0131r\u201d ise yaln\u0131zca bireysel zaaflar\u0131 de\u011fil; g\u00fcc\u00fcn sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131cal\u0131klar\u0131n ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkilere ve etik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 etkile\u015fimlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme riskini ifade eder. Siyasetin do\u011fas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f olabilir, ancak onu tehdit eden etik k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131klar de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi, tarihsel miras\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ancak ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumsal taleplerle yeniden \u015fekillenen bir siyasi akt\u00f6r olarak bu s\u0131navla y\u00fcz y\u00fczedir. \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc d\u00f6neminin \u201cdevlet partisi\u201d kimli\u011finden, daha \u00e7o\u011fulcu ve rekabet\u00e7i bir yap\u0131ya evrilen parti i\u00e7in art\u0131k as\u0131l mesele, yaln\u0131zca iktidar m\u00fccadelesi de\u011fil; bu m\u00fccadelenin hangi etik zemin \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada kritik olan \u015fudur: Siyasetin itibar\u0131, yaln\u0131zca se\u00e7im kazanmakla de\u011fil, o s\u00fcrecin nas\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle belirlenir. Etik ilkelere ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k, art\u0131k bir erdem olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, demokratik me\u015fruiyetin temel \u015fart\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc bu ba\u011flamda okudu\u011fumuzda, onun yaln\u0131zca bireysel bir nasihat vermedi\u011fini; ayn\u0131 zamanda siyasal sistemin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir uyar\u0131da bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, \u201csar\u0131 alt\u0131n ve ak bald\u0131rdan uzak dur\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc, d\u00fcn\u00fcn devlet merkezli siyasetinden bug\u00fcn\u00fcn rekabet\u00e7i ve \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 siyasal yap\u0131s\u0131na uzanan bir etik s\u00fcreklili\u011fi temsil eder. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de siyaset de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f, akt\u00f6rler d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, dengeler yeniden kurulmu\u015f olabilir. Ancak siyasetin en temel s\u0131nav\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir: G\u00fc\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda mesafe koyabilmek ve kamu yarar\u0131n\u0131 ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutabilmek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bu k\u0131sa ama sert uyar\u0131s\u0131, belki de bu y\u00fczden h\u00e2l\u00e2 rahats\u0131z edici \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fcnceldir.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Politics in Turkey may have changed, actors may have transformed and balances may have been re-established.
