In this context, encouraging the return to the village and a production mobilization combined with technological breakthrough is the most strategic step to be taken against the \u201cHegemony of Capital\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nThe world economy has entered a phase of \u201ctechno-feudalism\u201d in which financial capital suppresses real production and technological monopolies paralyze the decision-making mechanisms of nation states. The way out for countries with strategic depth, such as Turkey, is to move from an import-dependent growth model to a \u201cSelf-Sufficient\u201d and \u201cProduction Surplus Oriented\u201d model.<\/p>\n
\nWith the food crisis at the door, it is essential that idle village lands are put back into production. However, this should be supported by \u201cSmart Agriculture\u201d (Agriculture 4.0) practices, not traditional methods.<\/p>\n
\nThe return of unproductive labor from the cities to the villages is possible not only through incentives, but also by raising the living standards of the villages and establishing digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n
\nIn order to ensure that small producers are not crushed by the hegemony of capital, modern cooperative models that are organized end-to-end from production to marketing should be implemented.<\/p>\n
\nSensors, autonomous tractors and seed breeding studies that will increase productivity in agriculture should be carried out with domestic resources.<\/p>\n
\nInstead of growth based on foreign debt, a public banking and strategic planning organization that focuses on production should be re-functionalized.<\/p>\n
\nIn energy, the biggest cost item for agriculture and industry, renewable resources (solar and wind) should be encouraged and integrated into every unit from villages to factories.<\/p>\n
\nInstead of bulk products, the focus should be on processed and packaged agro-industrial products with high brand value.<\/p>\n
