A homeland is not just a border line. It is not a land on which politics is practiced, a state apparatus on which bureaucracy operates, or a technical map. These are the outer shell of the homeland, whereas the soul of the homeland breathes much deeper, in the heart of the human being.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130nsan vatan\u0131n\u0131 sever; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc zaman\u0131n\u0131 onunla payla\u015f\u0131r; ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, hat\u0131ralar\u0131n\u0131 ve umutlar\u0131n\u0131 onunla yo\u011furur. Bazen de hen\u00fcz ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015f bir ihtimali, bir g\u00fcn yeniden o topraklarla bulu\u015fabilme umudunu i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131r. Peki vatan nedir? S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 \u00e7izilmi\u015f bir co\u011frafya m\u0131, yoksa insan\u0131n g\u00f6nl\u00fcnde kurdu\u011fu bir aidiyet mi?<\/p>\n

Vatan, yaln\u0131zca devlet de\u011fildir. Zaman akar, rejimler ba\u015fkala\u015f\u0131r, devlet yap\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015febilir; ancak vatan, t\u00fcm f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n ortas\u0131nda insan\u0131n i\u00e7inde sars\u0131lmaz bir kale gibi kal\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden vatan, sahip olunan de\u011fil; sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131land\u0131r.<\/strong> Bir toplum, en b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar\u0131 bile b\u00fcy\u00fck bir vakarla, \u201cVatan sa\u011f olsun\u201d nidas\u0131yla g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcsl\u00fcyorsa; bir anne, evlad\u0131n\u0131 bir adanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k m\u00fch\u00fcr\u00fcyle sonsuzlu\u011fa u\u011furluyorsa, burada belirleyici olan\u0131n teknik bir yap\u0131 de\u011fil, vatan oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu, rasyonel bir tercih de\u011fil, ontolojik bir varolu\u015f meselesidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu hakikat, sadece bizim topraklar\u0131m\u0131za da \u00f6zg\u00fc de\u011fildir. En yak\u0131n kom\u015fumuz \u0130ran\u2019a bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, aram\u0131zdaki o kadim benzerli\u011fi g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/strong> Onlar da t\u0131pk\u0131 bizim gibi; ac\u0131y\u0131 \u015fiirle yo\u011furan, vatan\u0131 bir haritadan ziyade bir kimlik ve onur meselesi olarak g\u00f6ren bir halkt\u0131r. Devlet yap\u0131lar\u0131 farkl\u0131 olsa da vatan\u0131 “i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131ma” noktas\u0131nda kader orta\u011f\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131rlar. Belki de bu y\u00fczden, o derin h\u00fcz\u00fcn ve diren\u00e7 ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fcnyada en iyi anlayacak olan bizleriz.<\/p>\n

Vatan, teknik g\u00fc\u00e7le korunur; fakat onu as\u0131l ya\u015fatan, damarlarda atan o kolektif y\u00fcrektir. Bu y\u00fcrek; doktorun \u015fifas\u0131nda, i\u015f\u00e7inin nas\u0131rl\u0131 elinde, \u00f6\u011frencinin berrak zihninde, memurun liyakatinde ve k\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn kadim vakar\u0131nda<\/strong> ayn\u0131 tempo ile atar. Zira vatan\u0131 sevmek; sadece s\u0131n\u0131r beklemek de\u011fil, toplumsal i\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn her halkas\u0131nda adaleti ve eme\u011fi en y\u00fcksek verimle savunmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Muhta\u00e7 Oldu\u011fun Kudret<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn, \u201cMuhta\u00e7 oldu\u011fun kudret, damarlar\u0131ndaki asil kanda mevcuttur,\u201d<\/em> ifadesi s\u0131radan bir hamaset c\u00fcmlesi de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fte emperyalizmin t\u00fcm o so\u011fuk mekanik hesaplar\u0131yla bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7emedi\u011fi ve asla hesaplayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu sars\u0131lmaz abidenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
