This critical position stems not only from the abundance of energy resources, but also from the region's location at the crossroads of world trade routes, its historical-cultural diversity, its fragmented class structure and the interventions of imperialist powers for centuries. For this reason, the Middle East is not only a front but also the center of the Third Partition War. By reshaping this region, monopoly capital wants both to secure its own accumulation process and to complete the preparations for the fourth war of division.

The Historical Division of the Middle East, the Centuries-old Legacy of Imperialism

The current political map of the Middle East was drawn by British and French imperialism after the First World War. The Sykes-Picot Agreement determined borders completely in line with imperialist interests, without taking into account the ethnic, sectarian and cultural structure of the region. These borders shattered the unity of the peoples, nation-states were artificially created and regional collaborator classes were supported by the imperialist powers. This historical division is still one of the fundamental contradictions of the Middle East today. Because most of the states in the region were born not from the historical accumulation of the peoples, but from the imposition of imperialist interests. Therefore, political regimes are tied to global capital, not to the peoples.

Control of Energy Resources, the Heart of the Third World War

The Middle East has about one third of the world's oil reserves and a significant portion of natural gas reserves. Therefore, the control of energy resources is of vital importance for monopoly capital. Powers such as the US, the EU, Russia and China are in intense competition to control the energy lines in the region. This competition is not only an economic struggle, but also a military and political one. The occupation of Iraq, the dismemberment of Syria, the containment of Iran, the destruction of Yemen, the siege of Palestine are all part of a struggle for hegemony over the control of energy lines. The power that controls energy lines gains not only economic but also political supremacy. Therefore, the war in the Middle East is a strategic struggle over the redistribution of energy lines.

The Role of Regional Collaborating Classes: Local Subcontractors of Monopoly Capital

Most of the political regimes in the Middle East are ruled by collaborationist classes that represent the interests of monopoly capital, not those of the people. These classes are elite groups that control economic resources, are close to political power, control the ideological apparatus and establish a mechanism of domination over the people. The main characteristics of these classes are as follows.

They are dependent on global capital.
They prevent peoples from organizing.
They suppress revolutionary movements.
They make the national economy dependent on foreign countries.
They deepen ethnic and sectarian divisions.

The sum total of these problems is that the political regimes in the Middle East have turned into instruments that represent the interests of monopoly capital, not those of the peoples.

Proxy Wars, Imperialism's New Military Strategy

The most prominent military form of the Third World War is the proxy war. Instead of direct military intervention, monopoly capital wages war by using the collaborationist classes in the region and the states under their control. The advantages of this form of war are as follows.

The imperialist powers do not assume direct responsibility.
Peoples' reaction is directed towards local actors.
The cost of war goes down.
Regional fragmentation deepens.
Energy lines and trade routes are easier to control.

Therefore, the conflicts in the Middle East are not the reflection of the peoples, but of the conflicts of interests of the capitalist blocs.

Reshaping the Middle East, New Maps, New Regimes, New Dependencies

Monopoly capital is pursuing three main strategies to reshape the Middle East.
1. Fragmentation of States
Countries such as Iraq, Syria and Libya are fragmented along ethnic and sectarian lines. This fragmentation allows monopoly capital to control the region more easily.
2. Establishment of New Regimes
The imperialist powers support regimes favorable to their interests and declare populist, independenceist or socialist-oriented regimes as enemies.
3. Deepening Economic Interdependence
Foreign dependence on energy, finance, technology and agriculture is increased and local economies are integrated into global capital. This process is one of the main dynamics determining the future of the Middle East.

Reorganizing the Middle East and Preparing Africa

The reorganization of the Middle East is the preparatory stage of the fourth war of division. After controlling the energy lines and political regimes in the Middle East, monopoly capital will set its sights on Africa. Africa's huge natural resources, its young population and its structure open to exploitation will be the stage for the fourth war of division. This war will not be a short-lived conflict, but a long struggle for hegemony that will last two hundred years.

Most of the political regimes in the Middle East are ruled by collaborationist classes that represent the interests of monopoly capital, not those of the peoples.

[286
289
0":"post-284116","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-yazarlar","8":"tag-manset
["GET
