In the indictment, which accuses \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel of \u201crigging the vote by making people vote in exchange for money\u201d at the congress where he was elected as chairman against Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu, K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu was named as the victim and former Hatay Metropolitan Mayor L\u00fctf\u00fc Sava\u015f was named as the complainant.<\/p>\n
