Epstein Island is a disgrace not only to the Americans, but to the big bosses of the global order. It is proof of how ruthless they are.<\/p>\n

If we briefly examine this in its economic, political and legal dimensions;<\/p>\n

A Coterie Above the Law: \u201cModern Overlordship\u201d<\/h3>\n

The hegemony of capital over states is embodied in the Epstein case. Epstein created an untouchable space, protected for decades. This is a techno-feudal structure where classical nation-state law does not work, where capital and connections create their own law (or lawlessness).<\/p>\n

Immunity<\/strong> Epstein's very light sentence in 2008, and his subsequent activities, show how capital can influence the judicial system. \u201cto the service provider\u201d<\/strong> transformed.<\/p>\n

Information and the Blackmail Economy: \u201cElites Under Surveillance\u201d<\/h3>\n

Epstein's island and properties were in fact a massive surveillance center. According to victim testimony, every room was equipped with cameras.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn \u201dtechno-feudalism\u201c, the ownership of data and the power of surveillance are transformed into a physical blackmail network. Whoever holds the \u201ddata\" (i.e. the dark secrets) of the elites dominates them. This is a secret form of governance that goes beyond democratic processes.<\/p>\n

A New Form of Hegemony<\/h3>\n

Rather than an individual, Epstein was a \u201cnodal point\u201d where global capital, technology (surveillance power) and \u201cpolitical connections\u201d converged. His death (or elimination) means that only one cell of this feudal structure closes, but the system itself - the hegemony of capital over states - remains.<\/p>\n

There is also talk of a blackmail economy in our country. We all know that the power of mafia structures derives from the illegitimate business obtained through these means.<\/p>\n
