{"id":280570,"date":"2025-12-22T05:59:37","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T05:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/halkweb.com.tr\/?p=280570"},"modified":"2025-12-22T05:59:37","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T05:59:37","slug":"deep-crisis-in-basic-skills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/halkweb.com.tr\/en\/deep-crisis-in-basic-skills\/","title":{"rendered":"Deep Crisis in Basic Skills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Son birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretmenler odalar\u0131nda konu\u015fulan konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n okuma, yazma, \u00f6z bak\u0131m gibi temel becerilerden yoksun olduklar\u0131 ve bu becerilerin kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda okullar\u0131n ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin de yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu konuda Almanya ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den iki \u00f6rnek vermek istiyoruz;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk \u00f6rnek Almanya\u2019dan;<\/p>\n<p>Almanya\u2019n\u0131n Hessen eyaletinde 1100 \u00f6\u011fretmenin imzas\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bir a\u00e7\u0131k mektupta \u00f6\u011fretmenler, bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocu\u011fun kalem tutmakta, ayakkab\u0131 ba\u011flamakta ya da uzun s\u00fcre odaklanmakta zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. E\u011fitim ve Bilim Sendikas\u0131 \u00fcyesi \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 be\u015f sayfal\u0131k raporda, \u201c\u00c7ocuklar art\u0131k okula ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapabilecek temel becerilerden yoksun\u201d ifadeleri yer ald\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 listede dikkat \u00e7ekici ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar yer al\u0131yor. Art\u0131k bir\u00e7ok \u00f6\u011frenci kalem tutmakta, uzun s\u00fcre dik oturmakta, kesme ya da yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma gibi basit g\u00f6revlerde zorlan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca \u201cd\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, kurallara uyma, dinleme, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve soru sorma becerileri\u201d de ciddi bi\u00e7imde azalm\u0131\u015f durumda. Daha da \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 olan, baz\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n tuvalet al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bile kazanmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131. Raporda \u201ckendi ba\u015f\u0131na tuvalete gitme\u201d eksikli\u011fi de ciddi bir sorun olarak s\u0131raland\u0131. E\u011fitim ve Bilim Sendikas\u0131 temsilcileri, \u201cBaz\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler tuvalet ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 kullanmay\u0131 veya sonras\u0131nda giyinmeyi bile bilmiyor. Bu, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci \u00f6rnek i\u00e7inse Necmettin Erbakan \u00dcniversitesi Ahmet Kele\u015fo\u011flu E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Ercan Y\u0131lmaz\u2019a kulak verelim;<\/p>\n<p>Prof Y\u0131lmaz, \u00e7ocuklarda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flardan itibaren ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon ve tablet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, \u201cMavi ekranlar \u00e7ocuklarda el ve kol kaslar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmiyor. \u0130nce motor becerisi yeterince geli\u015fmeyen \u00e7ocuklar zamanla yaz\u0131 yazmakta zorlan\u0131yor. Bu durum da yaz\u0131 bozuklu\u011funa sebep olabiliyor. K\u0131sa mesajlar, emojiler ve g\u00f6rsel a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ileti\u015fim, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n fiziksel olarak yaz\u0131 yazmay\u0131 daha zor ve zahmetli g\u00f6rmesine neden oluyor. Bu da yaz\u0131 bozuklu\u011funu tetikleyen bir ba\u015fka etken. Disiplin odakl\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntemlerinde kullan\u0131lan sert m\u00fcdahaleler, \u201ck\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kalem etkisi\u201d yaratarak \u00e7ocuklarda yaz\u0131 yazma korkusu olu\u015fturabiliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yine e\u011fitim sistemindeki \u00e7oktan se\u00e7meli s\u0131navlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 daha fazla okuma ve i\u015faretleme prati\u011fine y\u00f6neltti\u011fini belirten Y\u0131lmaz, bu s\u00fcrecin yaz\u0131ya olan ilgiyi azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti, \u201c\u00d6\u011frenciler test \u00e7\u00f6zerken yaz\u0131 yazmaya daha az ihtiya\u00e7 duyuyor. Bu durum zamanla yaz\u0131 yazma isteksizli\u011fi olu\u015fturabilir ve yaz\u0131 bozuklu\u011funa zemin haz\u0131rlayabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131lmaz\u2019a g\u00f6re, yaz\u0131 yazmak beyin aktivitesini art\u0131r\u0131yor ve \u00f6\u011frenmenin kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 destekliyor. \u00c7ocuk kendi kelimelerini kullan\u0131rken anlaml\u0131 ve derin \u00f6\u011frenme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Not tutma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 derslere kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve akademik ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 y\u00fckseltiyor. Yaz\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi geli\u015ftiren stratejik bir eylem olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada ve \u00fclkemizden verdi\u011fimiz bu iki \u00f6rnek, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu derin krizi b\u00fct\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorun sadece uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen veya \u00f6\u011fretmenler odalar\u0131nda konu\u015fulan konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmiyor, T\u00fcrkiye e\u011fitim kamuoyunun b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinde uzla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespitler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecindeki derin krizi a\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenci \u00f6zerkli\u011fini vurgulayan, \u00f6\u011fretmen rol\u00fcn\u00fc rehber olarak tan\u0131mlayan ve \u00f6\u011frenci merkezli bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla bilgi, beceri, e\u011filim ve de\u011ferler ekseninde anlaml\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmelere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen yakla\u015f\u0131mlar temel al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mlar; ya\u015fant\u0131 temelli, proje temelli, ba\u011flam temelli, sorgulamaya dayal\u0131 ve i\u015f birlikli \u00f6\u011frenme olarak ifade edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fant\u0131 temelli \u00f6\u011frenme, \u00f6\u011frenmeyi deneyimlerle \u015fekillenen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Sorgulama yoluyla bilgiye ula\u015fma s\u00fcreci bilimsel y\u00f6ntemin izlenmesini gerektirir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f birlikli \u00f6\u011frenme, \u00f6\u011frencilerin kendileri ve birbirlerinin \u00f6\u011frenmesini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmak amac\u0131yla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck tak\u0131mlar i\u00e7inde birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 esas alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu \u00f6\u011frenme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, okullar\u0131m\u0131zda uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n daha aktif olarak \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lacaklar\u0131, ya\u015fant\u0131, proje, sorgulama ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frenme yolculu\u011funu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecekleri a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.
