<\/p>\nThe largest justice palace in the world is in our country: Istanbul Anatolian Palace of Justice.<\/p>\n
And today Turkey has become a country forced to live in a semi-open prison system. While people who are imprisoned for expressing their opinions are kept under severe psychological pressure in \u201cwell-type\u201d isolation, the efforts of the ruling and opposition chorus to lower the pulse rate with artificial rally performances are wearing out the patience.<\/p>\n
Trying to soften the agenda by shouting \u201cEkrem down, Ekrem up\u201d in the squares, \u00d6zel and his cohorts have turned into the most skillful players of \u201cpretend\u201d politics. At the same time, the gravest realities in prisons are being covered up, forgotten and pretended to be non-existent.<\/p>\n
More interesting:
\nEkrem \u0130mamo\u011flu, against whom an indictment was issued with a demand for 2,300 years in prison, continues to tweet and design the main opposition.
\nBut Selahattin Demirta\u015f and other thought criminals, who have been imprisoned for 9 years, can hardly continue their history-making efforts to exchange letters.<\/p>\n
And the saddest:
\n\u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel and Veli A\u011fbaba, who once served on prison commissions, and those who occupied those commissions for years, still come out today:
\n\u201cThey don't ask, \u201dThis is a crime against humanity, why don't you answer?\".<\/p>\n
Because they didn't ask.
\nLet us tell you.<\/p>\n

There is a truth that Turkey has been avoiding talking about for a long time:
\nWell-type prisons.<\/p>\n
Beyond isolation, the F-type is a dark structure that leads to mental and physical collapse...<\/p>\n
There is no sun.<\/p>\n
There is no ventilation.<\/p>\n
No clock, no time, no place.<\/p>\n
Cells where a person can't even see their own shadow.<\/p>\n
CISST and \u0130HD describe these structures as \u201can isolation regime that has turned into permanent torture\u201d.<\/p>\n
S and Y Type Prisons: New Generation Models of Isolation<\/p>\n
After the F-types, S and Y-type prisons are now on the scene.<\/p>\n
Type Y: Consists of single cells only.<\/p>\n
Type S: Even harsher isolation; limited ventilation, constant camera surveillance, strip searches and constant physical-psychological pressure.<\/p>\n
A common interpretation of human rights organizations:
\n\u201cThese structures are prison models that perpetuate isolation and rob people of their humanity.\u201d<\/p>\n
In Turkey, according to the latest official data:<\/p>\n
There are 402 prisons.<\/p>\n
428,267 prisoners are held against a capacity of 304,886.<\/p>\n
77.014 prisoners continue their education.<\/p>\n
822 children between the ages of 0-6 grow up in prison with their mothers.<\/p>\n
4,682 children aged 12-18 are in prison.<\/p>\n
6,625 prisoners are over 65 years of age.<\/p>\n
Prisoner food fee: 83 TL<\/p>\n
Child subsistence fee: 150 TL<\/p>\n
And death tolls that never drop below 100 people every year.<\/p>\n
These figures show that the system has now reached a critical breaking point.<\/p>\n
In the face of all this, the only thing the opposition does is this:
\n\u201cThere is a well in the middle, pass by\u201d politics.<\/p>\n
The scenario produced over the possibility of Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu's arrest,
\n\u201cBy turning it into a debate on the \u201dF-type luxury room\", the facts are carefully avoided from public attention.<\/p>\n
But the truth is obvious and bitter:<\/p>\n
There are well-type prisons in this country.<\/p>\n
In this country, thought criminals are kept in isolation for years.<\/p>\n
In this country, even children grow up behind bars.<\/p>\n
And all politicians continue to pretend while these facts are happening.<\/p>\n
Last Word<\/p>\n
If human rights in a country have turned into such a grave situation,
\nIf the political scene avoids reality and drowns the agenda with fake rallies,
\nIf the well-type torture regime has become commonplace...<\/p>\n
The problem is not only with the government.
\nThe opposition, which keeps silent and forgets the truth, is also a partner in this picture.<\/p>\n
And in such a country, Ahmet Kaya's words resonate again:<\/p>\n
\u201cThe more humiliated you are, the better...\u201d<\/p>\n
