Question before becoming a member of an association; the way to become a conscious member is to adopt a questioning perspective. Fully understand the purpose of the association, understand what it serves. Every association is established to serve a specific purpose. However, it is necessary to understand and observe how much of this purpose is realized. Based on my experience, unfortunately very few of them fulfill their purpose. The presidents of associations, who could not be anything, at least let me be the president, are in full swing. This situation seriously damages the main reason for the existence of associations.
Never neglect to question. Is the purpose actually being implemented, is it loyal to the field it represents or is it looking out for the personal interests of the association's executives! Analyze well. Find out how and for what resources are used. It is every member's right to see the financial reporting. Make sure that the association you are contributing to is really working for your benefit!
Is it a dry crowd or are the members just numbers? Read this well. Because in a dry crowd, the structure that makes everyone a member and gains numerical superiority just for the sake of being a crowd never acts in line with its purpose. Those who proceed in line with personal interests use the labor of members who stop their personal interests and perceive any kind of intellectual criticism as a threat. As a result of being conscious and knowledgeable, you will probably part ways with that association. You will be manipulated by those who sit at the table in line with their interests who turn a deaf ear to your rightful rebellions and you will prefer not to stand in a dirty environment. Wherever I see a rights defender, they are alone!
But don't forget your responsibility and don't give up on adopting a conscious approach. Because at dirty tables, there are always dishonest people sitting together to undermine each other. Truth, honesty and righteousness are always alone, and sooner or later they will get their due in the face of injustice.
Those who sit at those tables do not have much credibility. Those who sit at the small tables sell people, talk behind their backs, lie, manipulate facts in order to get a seat at the big tables.
So, in such a situation, does raising your voice prevent you from being right? No, you will speak and basically experience the process of transferring feelings and thoughts to the other person. Silence is often perceived as an escape. Effective and correct expression is never an escape.
Expressing your feelings is a sign of sincerity. As long as you don't react in a disorganized way, your action is correct and effective. It is a sign of self-esteem to choose to get out of the situation that stresses you, to move away from falsity, to deny access to those who disturb your peace, to move away from those who overstep your boundaries.
This can be read as anger. Frankly, you should not pay much attention to the rhetoric of the dry crowds who know you are right and remain silent, who smile to each other's faces and talk behind each other's backs.
When you do what is fair in your whole soul, you realize that you have a deep awakening, you narrow your circle, you eliminate people. This is because life is fulfilling its plan to bring you together with people who are on the same frequency as you. Because in fact every detachment is not a reduction, it is an opening of space.
We need to develop our communication networks and learn how to live without disturbing the give and take balance of life. We need to decide which table to sit at.
