So what does Turkey gain from this 'two merchants entertain each other' story?

0:00 0:00

The leaders of the Western Bloc, led by the United States, which now holds global hegemony and imposes a unipolar world, realize that this global system is too narrow for the world...

What is happening today is partly due to their resistance to the continuation of this long-overdue system. But one way or another, the world will transition to a multipolar system, and this transition, as we have seen, will be the result of hard and bloody struggles! Those who are anti-imperialist, in favor of humanity and on the ‘win-win’ front and those who are not will suffer the consequences of this struggle in the medium term. If the multipolar world wins, so will humanity.

Turkey joined NATO in 1952 and has been one of the alliance's most important partners ever since... It is more important because of its military and geographical location than as a decision-maker, and for no other reason.Having the second largest military force in NATO and contributing to many missions, Turkey may have benefited from the alliance's collective defense capabilities, but rather than a mutual interest, this relationship should be described as ’Turkey staying in the alliance to ward off attacks from its alliance partners‘... Even in this case, it is possible to say that it is a relationship in which one always gets screwed, even if one is not militarily attacked.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FACE WEST WHILE THE WESTERN BLOC IS ROTTING MISERABLY?

As for the European Union (EU)... In almost every speech President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan have made about this process, they keep saying that ‘accession to the EU is Turkey's strategic goal’, but Brussels has never had any goal beyond using Turkey as a market and a military power.

This will be the only reason to wait for membership in the future. And in a possible multipolar world, if an economic and political power ranking is made, the EU will be ranked below the BRICS and the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization).

Considering the continuous strengthening of Asia-Pacific vis-à-vis the Atlantic, Europe does not stand much of a chance... Especially when many factors, from demographics to market dynamics, are taken into account!

FROM THE BARGAIN OF THE SUMMONER TO THE GOOD BOY OF THE USA!...

Until now, the ‘cajoling negotiations’ carried out by the AK Party governments, in fact by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan alone, by taking advantage of the fluctuations in the global geopolitical conjuncture, had to some extent enabled Turkey to assume a ‘spoiler’, if not a ‘game-changer’ role on the regional scale. Improved relations with Russia strengthened Ankara's hand in negotiations with the Western Bloc.

However, after the 2023 presidential and general elections, a change in this ‘balance’ policy began to take place. After the defeat of the People's Alliance in the 2024 local elections, this trend of change became even clearer. We are witnessing that the government, whose voter base support is gradually eroding, is taking steps to survive with external support. This preference is very likely to cause heavy bills for Turkey. Why?.

BEING AN ACTOR IN THE GLOBAL SOUTH VERSUS BEING A USEFUL FIGUREHEAD FOR THE WEST

There are several reasons for this, first of all Europe is no longer the Europe of old. All the ‘shameful values of humanity’ that made Europe Europe have been revived. Especially the so-called ‘liberal and democratic’ governments in the US, which happily embraced being a voluntary ‘battering ram’ in the operation to encircle Russia, which gained momentum during Joe Biden's presidency, have thrown democratic values into the trash and adopted a new vision of Europe.

It is worth remembering the idiotic practices, from the banning of Russian composers' works in German orchestras to the banning of Russian writers' names in Italian universities. It was another disgrace that the German Greens became warmongers and the Social Democrats became NATO's sheepdogs.

When you look at it this way, there is actually no need for a neo-Nazi party in Germany. I have a feeling that if Adolf Hitler were alive today, he wouldn't mind being a member of Die Grünen!

After all, he loved nature, he was animal friendly, blah blah blah! He was also an invader, racist and genocidal. Hitler's first supporters were the American cartels!

THEY'RE BIG FANS OF THE FUNNY HERO OF THE SPAGHETTI WESTERN!

As for the US, the Biden administration has pursued a strategy of neo-colonialism with democracy sauce, using the excuse of ‘exporting democracy’ to occupy energy regions and geostrategic countries. In Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and Iraq, we see the results of this export of democracy.

Donald Trump, the clown of the Made in USA new right, who has run Biden into the ground, who was installed for the second time in the Oval Office with the votes of the working class and the middle class and with the support of his techno-feudal overlords, seems strangely more interested in playing the role of ‘cunning thug’ than in shedding blood. And frankly speaking, he has already turned European governments into monkeys with switches with these trade negotiations and impositions... He has tamed Mexico, he loves and beats India. Now it seems to be rolling up its sleeves to unconditionally make Turkey a pawn of the unipolar world. Against whom? Against all developing countries, especially Russia and China...

‘THEY WON THE ELECTION WITH THE SUPPORT OF MR. PUTIN BUT...

In fact, the AK Party and its partners, who gave great support to the US and its allies in starting the civil war in Syria, approached Russia when they realized that they had been badly cheated. Right after almost coming to the brink of a hot conflict as a result of the mistakes of Ahmet Davutoğlu's government, which conducted the worst foreign policy in the history of the Republic of Turkey and saw itself in a giant mirror... Then ‘Mr. Putin’ came to the rescue of the People's Alliance in several elections. Not because he liked it, but because he thought that this reactionary authoritarian regime was more suitable for the interests of his country than the blind westernism of the main opposition party. And Turkey's interests coincided with it.

BOTAŞ's $25 billion debt from natural gas purchases from Russia, which was postponed ahead of the 2023 presidential elections, has still not been paid. Meanwhile, the AK Party government, in cooperation with the Western Bloc, has not neglected to double-cross Russia. First, together with the US, the UK, Israel and the Gulf states, it helped the remnants of al-Qaeda take over Syria.

It was not for nothing that Trump, while hosting Erdoğan, publicly praised him as ‘the main responsible for the developments in Syria’! Then the government again took an active role in the Western Bloc's operation in the Caucasus... And that's where we got screwed. And lo and behold, Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan posed with Trump and signed an agreement. The Zangezur Corridor is being handed over to the US. And the immoral and dim-witted opinion leaders of this country are trying to sell it to the nation as “Turkey's great victory, the Turan Corridor is being established”.

WHEN YOU CAN BE A PLAYMAKER IN THE GLOBAL SOUTH...

Yet, Turkey has a huge room for maneuver in this period of global tensions. While it would be possible for Turkey to become a regional actor and even, to some extent, a playmaker in the emergence of a multipolar world if it pursued an independent strategy with a firm stance and relative neutrality, both the political Islamist wing and the so-called nationalist wing of the government prefer to pursue an unreliable and ‘back and forth’ spineless foreign policy...

Showing up at the SCO summit and then signing a series of agreements in Washington that will damage the country's economy and destroy its prestige can only be the result of this spineless, strategy-less and unprincipled attitude. In the same vein, the MHP chairman's ‘YRÇ’, which is hollow and indexed only to the problem in Syria, should also be read in this way.

Let's talk about the visit to Washington... I won't mention the individual deals, but the purchase of 225 passenger planes from Boeing and the deal to buy 43 billion cubic meters of Nigerian gas from a US company, which is both a rip-off and problematic in terms of energy security, is tantamount to betraying the economy of this country.

In the nuclear energy issue, the second or third power plant was given as a gift to the US without any proper negotiations... Trump's demand for Turkey to cut energy trade with Russia is obviously not possible in the short term... I think Trump voiced this demand in order to open his hand high, so that his other demands would be accepted more easily.

‘NOT ’ZERO IN HAND' BUT MUCH WORSE THAN THAT!

‘What does Turkey gain from this ’two merchants entertain each other' story? Syria? I don't think so! Palestine? Almost not even discussed!... Was EU membership guaranteed?

Probably no one even takes it seriously. So what? Lots of empty compliments and this ‘legitimacy’! This issue of ‘legitimization’ is one of the greatest humiliations in the history of Turks!

A worthless ‘house Arab’, that Tom Barrack who thinks he is the governor of a client state, is going to legitimize Turkey?

Will this government be legitimized domestically with the compliments of this American piece of shoddy and rip-off merchant?

This is the finger in the eye to realize the inner face of local and national political Islamism once again! This is the history of political Islamism in its entirety!.
