We live in such an age;
there's something on the ground but nobody sees it,
mouths open but no words.
When words are spoken, fights break out,
the inside rots while thirsting.
If you ask about the real CHP, it is not on this map.
Honor, dignity and honor of the party
is being held hostage to one person's future.
The workers of this party, those who carry the party on their backs,
those who go door to door are silent;
those who speak out are either lynched
or labeled.
81 rallies were held.
Not even a candidate could be fielded.
Party calculations, personal ambitions
ahead of the country.
Ekrem İmamoğlu is not a “hope”;
A lock planted inside the CHP.
Özgür Özel says “coordination”;
before dividing it,
and then he thinks he's recovered.
They say there is an economy,
picking leftovers from the retired market.
They call it morality,
They play politics with unproven rumors.
They call it loyalty,
that yesterday they walked shoulder to shoulder
today they leave us alone.
This is not an opposition,
it's an escape.
This is not a strategy,
it's a drift.
And here's the worst part:
Those who object to this picture are silenced,
those who do not object are considered “smart”.
It takes courage to tell the truth,
today courage is expensive.
Those who stand for the truth pay the price,
The one who applauds wrong gets a seat.
CHP is no longer of the people,
is run like a party of a handful of accounts.
It is easy to criticize the government,
it's hard to look in the mirror.
Politics is not a showcase,
is responsibility.
But there is no responsibility here,
there is an account.
There is no road,
no direction.
They only have personal future plans.
