Housing prices and rents in Turkey have become a major problem that citizens are now struggling to pay.
With the inadequate number of houses produced by the private sector and especially by TOKİ, the difficulties in payment conditions and the increasing dues every day, the housing problem of the people seems to have grown from good to great. It is obvious that TOKİ has not been able to produce adequate solutions to the housing problem.
Abdullah Arzakçı, a prominent figure in Diyarbakır politics and opinion leader, listed the projects he has developed to address the housing problem.
Abdullah Arzakçı states that his project, which he calls “100 Years of Social Housing and Family Support Project”, aims to help retirees, minimum wage workers, housewives and young people who will start a new home to own a house.
Stating that he has met with many government officials regarding the housing project and that he has received promises of support from financial institutions in Europe, Abdullah Arzakçı draws attention not only to the housing project but also to the Family and Child Support, the salary and pension project for housewives, the support system for civil servant pensioners and underlines the necessity of implementing these projects. .

1. SOCIAL HOUSING SYSTEM
Current Status:
Retired people with an income of approximately 20,000 TL and minimum wage earners with an income of approximately 28,000 TL cannot own a house under today's conditions.
Our Solution Model:
In 81 provinces and 922 districts, treasury lands will be identified.Demands from citizens will be collected and production will be made according to demand.Contractors will be constructed in return for land.The contractor will receive his share and the state will receive his share in separate blocks/areas.Citizens will own housing without any money coming out of the state coffers.
Citizen Payment System: No down payment! No lottery!
Pay according to salary:
1+1 Housing: 1/7 of salary
2+1 Housing: 1/6 of salary
3+1 Housing: 1/5 of salary
Condition: 25 years of residence in the dwelling.
2. FAMILY AND CHILD SUPPORT MODEL
Child support 5000 tl support for each child.5 for a family with children: 25000 tl monthly support.Payment Terms: Payments are made to the mother until the age of 18. The amount of support is updated at the rate of CPI/CPI.
Critical Condition: Support is provided with a target of at least 5 children, with a gradual cut if the number is not met.
3. SALARY AND PENSION FOR HOUSEWIVES
The state will cover the SSK premiums of housewives. The housewife will receive social support equal to her “Pension” (~20,000 TL in today's conditions) until she reaches the retirement age. When she reaches the age limit, she will officially retire and continue to receive her salary.
4. SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES OF CIVIL SERVANTS
SSI premiums of non-working spouses of civil servants will be paid by the state. A support of 5,000 TL per child will be provided (25,000 TL per month for 5 children). Spouses will be entitled to retirement when the age limit is reached.
Arzakçı stated that the general goal of his projects is to make the low-income homeowners and ensure income justice, to protect the family structure and increase the birth rate, to strengthen the understanding of the social state, and that these projects are not included in the program of any party; He stated that he aims to provide security to the retired, hope to the minimum wage, rights to the housewife, and a home to the young.
