For months, veterans of the Republican People's Party have been deceived and taken around from rally to rally with various perception games.
The real agenda of the country is being forgotten.
Down Ekrem, up Ekrem...
The CHP's history, its principles, its organization and its connection with the people have been suspended.
The party is confined to a narrow agenda revolving around one person.
So let's ask:
Who holds the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency?
Who is the provincial president, who is responsible?
Who is leading and who is watching?
Today, the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency building has been turned into a showcase for a two-headed, unauthorized but seat-loving structure that is used as an office.
Will those who desecrated Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's legacy and trust be content with watching this picture?
The information is publicly available.
Various judicial investigations and prosecutions are being carried out against Ekrem İmamoğlu.
Indictments have been issued and judicial proceedings are ongoing.
Again, as reflected in the public opinion, administrative decisions have been taken throughout Istanbul to confiscate or remove banners, posters and visual materials related to the person in question within the scope of public order, election legislation and administrative prohibitions.
And so we ask:
🔴 While images of the same nature are removed from public spaces,
🔴 What does it mean to hang a giant poster with a tarpaulin on the facade of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency building so that it is clearly visible from the public space (the facade of the TEM highway where millions of vehicles pass daily)?
This situation creates de facto public visibility and raises serious legal and administrative doubts.
Is the party building considered a “private space” where the law can be circumvented?
This poster;
📌 Compliance with the legislation,
📌 Public order and the integrity of judicial processes,
📌 Principles of equality and respect for the law
in terms of the impact of the new economic system on the world economy.
The same posters were removed from the street and displayed in the party building;
is a challenge to the law,
an attempt to pressure the judiciary,
Or is it the manifestation of a political blindness that has lost touch with the organizational mind?
For these reasons;
determining the legal status of the poster in question,
notifying the relevant administrative authorities when necessary
and if there is a violation of the legislation, it is not a choice but an obligation.
CHP is not the personal campaign field of one person.
The CHP is Atatürk's legacy.
And that legacy is not by poster but by principle,
not with a poster, but with the law,
is carried by the people, not by individuals.
Otherwise, CHP is not the name of this trajectory,
EKREMIST-ANBUL.
