Hello Halkweb: Where the Word Becomes Social Memory

Salute to those who recall the word, to those who refuse to accept silence and to those who still see thinking as a political act.

Every new beginning carries a silent or explicit objection to the existing order. The launch of Halkweb is like this. Because this website is not just a “publishing” activity; it is an attempt to call the word back to the people in an age when thought is slowly being banished from the social sphere. What is opened here is not a website, but a door to collective memory.

Today, words are quickly consumed, thoughts are packed into headlines, and truth is often sacrificed to noise. Halkweb chooses to stand against this noise. He suggests speaking with responsibility, not haste; walking with thought, not slogans. Because politics does not only make sense with the language of the powers that be, but with the people's own words. And this word only becomes a public value when it can circulate freely.

This is precisely where philosophy comes into play: As a form of resistance that questions the habitual, undermines the normalized, and keeps the question “is another kind of life possible?” alive. Halkweb aims to build this resistance not only in theory but also in writing itself. Here, each text is a question to be multiplied rather than a finished answer.

My involvement as a writer on this website is part of my belief in this common sphere of speech.

For me, writing is not only expressing; it is bearing witness. It is to take a stand with words against the injustices, silences and ignorance of the time. What I will write under the roof of Halkweb will not claim absolute truths; but it will keep the insistence on tracing the truth alive.

Because we know that ideas are weakened when left alone and strengthened when shared. And therein lies the real promise of Halkweb: To create a space where different voices, different objections and different dreams can stand side by side. This space is an effort to create a memory that speaks not only to the present but also to the future.

Hello Halkweb.
Salute to those who recall the word, to those who refuse to accept silence and to those who still see thinking as a political act.
