In this system, the most advantageous party and organization are the parties that are in the first place / together with it... Because this is the easiest way to hide mistakes and wrongs!
As an example, the contradiction that the AKP, which received 50 percent of the votes in the 2007-2011-2015 elections on its own - against many formations including the MHP at that time - is now barely exceeding 50 points all together is not voiced, because the logic of the winner is right is the biggest curtain in itself to see the wrong!
On the other hand, no one is satisfied with the serious leap and upward potential of the CHP, which seems to be doomed to the position of the perpetual Opposition, despite this strong structure and competitors, especially in metropolitan municipalities, and the fact that in the 2023 CB elections, it received 48 percent of the total votes by receiving nearly 15 million votes from most right-wing voters who criticized them at the time! Because the only criterion for success is numerical data and seats! Or the money center structure that brings money and power...
With the successful result of 38 points in the 2024 local elections and the populism of the party vote rising to the first place, the same misperception has been formed on the opposition front this time. Because of this perception, even some of the surveys published today are not read correctly, they are not wanted to be read, because it does not suit some people!
In the published surveys, the deputies, who are almost showmen by referring to the CHP's first place, do not see the fact that the total votes of the rival People's Alliance parties exceed fifty percent!
A normative political fallacy, of course, hinders empirical politics in the field!
