An issue that has been written about and warned about for years is the ‘Western project to eliminate the Iranian regime’...
How the United States, the European Union (EU) and their regional allies can carry out this operation has been discussed for a long time. It seems that the ground is more favorable for them this time than ever before, or so they think.
Considering that the strategy and tactics implemented in West Asia (I think using West Asia instead of using the Anglo-Saxon term ‘Middle East’ is a step away from the imperialist western ideology) for at least a few years have greatly weakened the Axis of Resistance in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq, this scenario seems more likely to come true.
With one difference, now the territory to be drawn into this scenario seems to be a bit wider...
There are many clues to believe that the unilateral declaration of ‘independence’ by separatists in Balochistan, following the low-intensity hot conflict between India and Pakistan, is part of this scenario.
The scenario and actors that will set the region on fire are clear
At this rate, the actors in the scenario will number almost a dozen.
Let me count: The US, the EU, the UK, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Jordan, the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government, Syria (the tamed al-Qaeda members who have seized power and the SDF-controlled Kurdish region, the Israeli-influenced Druze who, strangely, clash with HTS), Jordan, Azerbaijan, India and Turkey, somehow under the People's Alliance, will be on one side. Some actively, some quietly like Turkey...
On the other side are the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Houthis in Yemen, the Shiites in Lebanon, the Alawites and Shiites in Syria, Russia, Armenia, Pakistan (which is also home to a significant number of Shiites. There are also groups such as the Baluchis who want the country to break up because of their relatives in Iran) and China...
These are roughly the potentials of shaping the alignment in a possible operation... I have deliberately omitted the Palestinians, because there is not a single country in the region that wants to talk about a Palestinian struggle at the moment!
I am sure some superficial idiots will label me a ‘Shia lover’, but personally I am one of the people who most want this mullah regime to fall. Because I have Persian, Turkish, Kurdish friends from Iran who fled from there to Turkey, who were tortured extensively, whose families were captured in the regime's prisons... The reason why they were tortured and barely escaped with their lives is because they are either irreligious or secular...
However, it is morally impossible for me to be so hostile to the peoples of the region that I would want this regime to be overthrown by a coalition of foreign powers. I would like to hope that every patriotic person thinks like this.
Ikhwanist sectarians increase the dose to poison society
Let's come to purification.
This alignment is of course a reflection of who the governments and some organizations in these countries cooperate with... It is not possible to say the same for the peoples. For this reason, it is clear that religion, nationality and historical antagonisms will be used as a tool of provocation and manipulation.
The remnants of the Ikhwan and al-Qaeda in Turkey, who turned into ‘dumb devils' and wrung their hands during Israel's attacks on Hezbollah, started to openly display their sectarian fanaticism after the al-Qaeda affiliate Hey'et al-Tahrîri al-Sham (HTS) seized power in Syria.
This mob first labeled Alevi organizations in Turkey as ‘political Alevism’ and then became ecstatic while watching the massacres of Alevis in Latakia, Homs and Hama. On the other hand, they have become despicable enough to accuse many people who defend Turkey's interests and future as ‘Iranian agents’.
If the US and the EU say so...
If they accuse someone of ‘Iranian espionage’ or ‘political Alevism’, with a few exceptions, most of these people are anti-imperialists and patriots. There are a few sectarians among them, or those who make exaggerated statements for personal or political gain, but that is all.
However, the historical Shia enmity that is ingrained in the souls of these sectarian Ikhwan chauvinists knows no bounds. This is such a pathological condition that you can observe the same virus in some sections of Kurdish politics that cannot escape the influence of Shafi'i and Sunni sectarianism!
This provocative rhetoric not only reveals the hatred of Sunni sectarians, who are particularly energized by the HTS terrorists' invasion of Damascus and their seizure of power, but also reveals the extent to which the Ikhwan are willing to be the lackeys of traditional western imperialism.
If Yavuz was not enough, Idris-i Bitlisi and the flame of sectarianism is purified
These genetically ingrained traits are evident in the ‘sincere’ and ‘spontaneous’ statements of the AK Party staff. Numan Kurtulmuş, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, can make the following speech at the ‘Şırnak Civil Society Meeting' at the Şırnak University Conference Hall:
“...Another alliance was the great alliance between Yavuz Sultan Selim and Idris-i Bitlisi against Shah Ismail, who was oppressing the Anatolian lands from top to bottom. In 1514 at Chaldiran, that alliance enabled the Muslim communities in Anatolia to walk around with their heads held high and to coexist in peace and unity’.
These are the exact wording of the speech!
It is problematic and provocative from beginning to end... However, the point is not that it is politically problematic, but that when they come together, just like in this ‘so-called civil society’ meeting, they sincerely say what they feel. That's how they feel, that's how they think!.
No one would believe that he was not ignorant of history and did not know how many Turkmen Alevis were put to the sword in that war and its aftermath.
As for the statement he made after this speech was overheard and attracted a lot of reaction... I can easily say that this abundance of hamasac and soggy sentimentality does not have a shred of credibility in the eyes of millions of citizens.
Sectarianism is the most useful tool in these lands
If the issue was just a matter of dark sectarianism, I would say, “It is a common thing in this geography, it is not surprising”, but it is not.
This is important in terms of giving clues as to how this government wants to position itself in the ‘Iran operation', which is part of an international conspiracy. Before this Iranian operation is carried out, just as in Palestine, Lebanon and Syria, those who would stand against it were neutralized, now in Iraq, the Hashd al-Shaabi, with Arab-Kurdish cooperation, and in Turkey, the CHP, socialists and a section of civil society, supported by the Alevi community, need to be silenced. This is the reason why these Ikhwanist sectarian discourses continue to increase...
This is a very dangerous tactic, and the fact that it is being implemented by excluding these groups in the process of ‘disarmament’ and using the ‘thousand years of Turkish-Kurdish brotherhood’ as a pretext is even more serious.
This is the purpose of sending Yavuz Sultan Selim and Idris-i Bitlisi to the alliance!
I should also point out that the feudal remnants and agha nobles in Kurdish politics are likely to jump on this bandwagon.
There can be no Turkish-Kurdish brotherhood by demonizing others
Remember the days when the agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and HTS was signed, which was aborted from the beginning. It was not only the Ikhwanists, but also Kurdish political Islamists, and even some socialist dunces who blamed the Arab Alawites massacred by al-Qaeda terrorists as ‘Assad remnants’!
Following Kurtulmuş's statement, some of those who live abroad and pontificate on Kurdish politics, and some of the “Kurdish quarter intellectuals” who supported Kurtulmuş by saying, ‘How Idris-i Bitlisi and his family were persecuted by the supporters of Shah Ismail" are not few in number.
Nowadays, it is one of the most important duties of every patriot to frustrate these provocations... Whether liberal, socialist or Kurdish politics... While this bloody game is being played right under our noses in this geography, it must be a patriotic duty to bury the imperialist puppet discourses of reaction, sectarianism and an outdated nationalism in the poisonous soil from which they emerge.
Turkish-Kurdish brotherhood cannot be realized by attempting to antagonize the 20 million citizens living in this country.
It's as clear as two times two is four!
