The Turkish Football Federation has announced the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee referrals.
In a statement released by the TFF, Beşiktaş Club and Ahmet Nur Çebi were referred to the PFDK for “statements about the referee and other match officials”.
Here is the statement from the TFF;
1- Trabzonspor A.Ş. Club was referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to “ugly and bad cheer” during the Kasımpaşa A.Ş.-Trabzonspor A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 01.09.2023.
2- Çaykur Rizespor A.Ş. Club was referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to “field incidents” in the Çaykur Rizespor A.Ş.-VavaCars Fatih Karagümrük Trendyol Super League match played on 01.09.2023.
3- RAMS Başakşehir Football Club will be referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “ugly and bad cheering” and Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “field incidents” in the RAMS Başakşehir Football Club vs. Tümosan Konyaspor Trendyol Super League match played on 02.09.2023,
Murat Yaman, the manager of RAMS Başakşehir Football Club, was referred to the PFDK with precautionary measures as of 03.09.2023 in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his “unsportsmanlike conduct” and Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 5/8 of the 2023-2024 Season Super League Competitions Regulations for his “violation of the instructions” in the same match.
4- Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü A.Ş. was referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 49 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for ’not leaving the stairwells empty“ and in accordance with Article 49 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for ”unlawful attendance“ in the Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü A.Ş.-Galatasaray A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 02.09.2023.
5- Galatasaray A.Ş. Club will be referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “ugly and bad cheering”, in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “field incidents” and in accordance with Article 49 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “not leaving the stairwells empty” in the Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü A.Ş.-Galatasaray A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 02.09.2023.
6- MKE Ankaragücü Club was referred to the PFDK pursuant to Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “ugly and bad cheering”, pursuant to Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “field incidents” and pursuant to Article 49 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “not leaving the stairwells empty” in the MKE Ankaragücü vs. Fenerbahçe A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 03.09.2023.
7- Fenerbahçe A.Ş. Club was referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to “ugly and bad cheering” during the MKE Ankaragücü vs. Fenerbahçe A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 03.09.2023.
8- Atakaş Hatayspo Club will be referred to the PFDK pursuant to Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 9/7 of the 2023-2024 Season Super League Competitions Statute and Article 40 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “unsportsmanlike conduct as a team due to 6 players receiving yellow cards” in the Atakaş Hatayspor-Yukatel Adana Demirspor A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 03.09.2023.
9- Yukatel Adana Demirspor A.Ş. Club will be referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to “ugly and bad cheering” during the ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR-YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 03.09.2023.
10- Beşiktaş A.Ş. Club to be referred to the PFDK pursuant to Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “statements about the referee and other match officials” and Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “unsportsmanlike conduct” in the statements published on the official website of the club on 29.08.2023,
Ahmet Nur Çebi, the President of Beşiktaş A.Ş. Club, was referred to the PFDK without precautionary measures pursuant to Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “statements about the referee and other match officials” and pursuant to Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for “unsportsmanlike conduct” in the statements published on the official website of the club on 29.08.2023.
