Olympic and world champion national archer Mete Gazoz gave a lesson to TV NET channel, which used his photo but not Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's photo in its post for the 100th anniversary of the Republic.
TV NET, owned by Albayrak Group, which also owns Yeni Şafak newspaper, quoted the message “The Republic is 100 years old! Happy October 29th Republic Day.” quoting the post with the message and his photo, National Archer Mete Gazoz added a photo of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk with the note “The correct usage”.

TVNET deleted Mete Gazoz and reposted the same image
Following Mete Gazoz's post, TVNET deleted the image with the national athlete's photo and reposted the same image without the photo of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
