Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the chairman of the Republican People's Party, was not allowed into the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) building the previous day.
CHP's Engin Özkoç, who went to TÜİK building with Kılıçdaroğlu, wrote on his Twitter account, “The state institution is not your father's house @RTErdogan! Every citizen and MP of the Republic of Turkey can go there whenever they want...”.
Kılıçdaroğlu had criticized TÜİK, which did not give him an appointment, by saying, “It is not a public institution, but an institution of the palace.” AKP's Turan tried to make a similar statement but failed.
AKP GROUP DEPUTY CHAIRMAN'S POST DRAWS REACTION
AKP Group Deputy Chairman and Çanakkale MP Bülent Turan targeted Kılıçdaroğlu by quoting Özkoç's post. Turan confused the job descriptions of managers appointed to public institutions with those of MPs elected by the people.
Turan said, “Someone should come out and say; “We are coming to the famous 14th floor of CHP with a group of friends at 11 am on Monday; to examine how you have turned the party founded by Atatürk into the wagon of HDP. CHP is not @kilicdarogluk's father's house!’ he said.

RESPONSE FROM GÜRSEL TEKİN
CHP's Gürsel Tekin responded to Turan. Tekin said, “There is a serious need for basic education within the AKP. They cannot even make basic distinctions such as what is a public institution and what is a political party. I suggest they get help from our highly qualified academics.”.
Turan, in response to Tekin, said, “Wow, Mr. @gurseltekin34! The intention is to become mayor of İst Bld; but it was destiny to tweet at the troll level... Sad! The issue is not whether the place is a state institution or a party headquarters. Subject; political etiquette, going without an appointment. @onongorgukural for courtesy-etiquette-etiquette
‘from the Ministry of Defense!” he said.
