Why, when human beings are born free and have natural rights and freedoms, someone comes along and distributes rights and freedoms? The reason, of course, is that we have given up our natural freedoms and have voluntarily been shackled by contracts in the name of social order.
We know that the condition for coexistence is to set aside our natural freedoms and create a general will by creating justice and morality. This voluntarily created whole (the people) has unconditional but limited rights and freedoms that every individual has, and they are voluntarily bound to a leader. The people, who make themselves subjects of the leader, are divided into classes by the rulers and each of them has a leader who protects them in order to benefit from them. This leader is “POWER”.
A father has more rights than his family members, a shepherd than his flock, a leader than his people, because “power” breeds more “rights”.
People are bound to their masters by necessity, that is, by contract, by submission to POWER and patience with injustice and oppression. But instead of providing for them, the masters provide for themselves.
In short, the POWER we have voluntarily created and our slavery, which continues with our cowardice of it, is the main reason for the transfer of our rights and freedoms. This usurpation of rights and freedoms is even more extensive in inter-state wars.
But could people really govern themselves democratically? For such a perfect government, each individual would have to have a will of steel.
WHEN WE PROMISE TO OBEY AND CREATE A MASTER, WE LOSE OUR NATURAL FREEDOM.
In short, we are born and from that moment on we are free.
Only after we have given up our natural rights and freedoms and made ourselves the contractual slave of someone else, or of the general will by contract, do the POWER - which is usually political power - continue their mastery by distributing and securing our share. From the top, while preaching about rights and equality, they equalize everyone they bind to themselves, and they do it with the highest emotions, as the “giving power”, and they are applauded.
In short, as the oppressor us, as the oppressed us; since the oppression of man by man will not end; the rights that we completely give up and take little by little will be celebrated continuously as a reminder to people not as a justified holiday, but as certain days.
Everyone knows that the day and holiday of the oppressed is the greatest right that the oppressive power does not give up and distributes to the oppressed for the sake of applause.
It follows from this that the MORE FREEDOM HUMAN(S) HAVE, THE MORE POWERFUL THEY ARE AND THE MORE POWERFUL THE MORE RIGHTS THEY HAVE.
HAPPY HAPPY day to declare that what POWER, whether it is the state or the individual, has spoiled and usurped is OUR RIGHT.
WITH THE HOPE THAT EVERYONE CAN CLAIM THEIR RIGHT TO BE HUMAN.
