The first hearing of the case in which Aziz İhsan Aktaş will be tried “without arrest” as “leader of a criminal organization” will be held in Silivri. Between January 27 and February 20, the trial will be held in the “big” hall in Silivri Prison Halls.
The mayors of Avcılar, Adana Metropolitan, Adana Seyhan, Adana Ceyhan, Adana Seyhan, Adana Ceyhan and Beşiktaş will be arrested, while the mayors of Adıyaman and Esenyurt will be tried without remand.
Before the first hearing, the 1st Assize Court delegation wrote a letter before the first hearing.
It was decided that 25 members of the press, 20 national and 5 international, would be allowed to attend the hearing.
After the defendants, witnesses, lawyers and members of the press were admitted to the hall, it was decided to admit the first-degree relatives of the defendants according to capacity.
After the indictment prepared with 40 arrestees, there are a total of 200 defendants, 34 of whom are under arrest, within the scope of the Aziz İhsan Aktaş Crime Organization file with the release decisions.
