Seda Fettahoğlu, an actress of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's City Theaters, was found dead in a park in Beyoğlu yesterday.
The possibility that the 44-year-old actor, who had a gun with him, ended his life is being investigated.
F.A, a university student who found Fettahoğlu's lifeless body, said in his statement to the police: “I heard a gunshot while I was walking. When I turned in the direction of the sound, I saw a woman lying on her back with a gunshot wound to the head and informed the police.”.
After the police investigation, Seda Fettahoğlu's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution, while the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
