Yaln\u0131zca ekonomik g\u00f6stergeler de\u011fil, toplumsal vicdan, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikim ve siyasal g\u00fcven de alarm veriyor. \u0130nsanlar yorgun, umutlar t\u00fckenmi\u015f, toplumsal ba\u011flar erimi\u015f durumda. Bu durum, yaln\u0131zca bireysel mutsuzluk veya ge\u00e7ici kriz olarak de\u011ferlendirilmemelidir; tam aksine, onlarca y\u0131l\u0131n hatal\u0131 politikalar\u0131n\u0131n, adaletsizliklerin, e\u015fitsizliklerin ve cehaletin birikimiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sistematik bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u015fet Usta, halk\u0131n g\u00f6nl\u00fcyle konu\u015fan bir t\u00fcrk\u00fc ustas\u0131 olarak, ge\u00e7mi\u015ften g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze bir \u201cayna\u201d sunar. Vergi y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc halk\u0131n s\u0131rt\u0131na y\u0131k\u0131p servetini katlayan, liyakatsiz atamalarla devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcten, ekonomik krizleri manip\u00fcle ederek \u00e7\u0131kar sa\u011flayanlar, Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerindeki \u201csu\u00e7lular\u201d\u0131n somut tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Zengin-fakir u\u00e7urumu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hem tarihsel hem de yap\u0131sal bir sorun olarak kendini dayat\u0131yor. Ne\u015fet Usta bunu t\u00fcrk\u00fcyle \u015f\u00f6yle dile getirir:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Zengin isen ya bey derler ya pa\u015fa, fukaraysan ya abdal derler ya cingan ha\u015fa.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn bu s\u00f6zler yaln\u0131zca edebi bir ifade de\u011fil; s\u0131n\u0131fsal ayr\u0131m\u0131n, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hiyerar\u015finin ve kamusal itibars\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n toplumsal dilde yeniden \u00fcretildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Beykoz\u2019da veya Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019da ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n siyasi temsil, ekonomik imk\u00e2n ve sosyal itibar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 muameleye tabi olmas\u0131, bu ayr\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcncel izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Sadece ekonomik fark de\u011fil, toplumsal stat\u00fc ve kamusal hizmetlere eri\u015fim \u00fczerinden e\u015fitsizlikler derinle\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim ve cehalet, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde belirleyici rol oynuyor. Ne\u015fet Usta, bilgi ve ilmin \u00f6nemini y\u0131llar \u00f6nce fark etmi\u015fti:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;\u0130sterim ki bu D\u00fcnyada hi\u00e7 kimse cahil kalmas\u0131n, okusun ilmin kitab\u0131n\u0131, cahilden ak\u0131l almas\u0131n.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn okullar siyasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, m\u00fcfredatlar daralt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ideolojik dayatmalarla ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. \u00dcniversiteler liyakatsiz atamalarla \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor; bilgiye eri\u015fim engelleniyor ve toplumun kolektif bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 manip\u00fcle ediliyor. Bu durum, yaln\u0131zca bilgisizlik \u00fcretmekle kalm\u0131yor; ayn\u0131 zamanda etik, vicdani ve toplumsal muhakemeyi de zay\u0131flat\u0131yor. Cehalet, yaln\u0131zca bireysel bir eksiklik de\u011fil; sistematik bir toplumsal felaketin motorudur.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 ve \u015fiddet konusunda Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zleri, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini ve hukuki adaletsizli\u011fi \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ortaya koyar:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Kad\u0131nlar insand\u0131r, biz insano\u011flu. Doyulur mu, canana k\u0131y\u0131l\u0131r m\u0131? Canana k\u0131yanlar Hakk\u2019\u0131n kulu say\u0131l\u0131r m\u0131?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn her g\u00fcn medyada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet vakalar\u0131, yasalar\u0131n uygulanmamas\u0131, toplumsal duyars\u0131zl\u0131k ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel normalle\u015fme ile birle\u015fince, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n olman\u0131n h\u00e2l\u00e2 riskli oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Siyaset\u00e7iler ve b\u00fcrokratlar sorunlar\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015ftirirken, ya\u015famda kad\u0131nlar bedel \u00f6demeye devam ediyor. Bu da Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerindeki adalet ve vicdan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncelli\u011fini korudu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcrk\u00fclerindeki \u201cg\u00f6n\u00fcl\u201d kavram\u0131, bireysel duygular\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir toplumsal fenomeni temsil eder:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Kalpten kalbe bir yol vard\u0131r g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez, g\u00f6n\u00fclden g\u00f6n\u00fcle gider, yol gizli gizli.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6n\u00fcl, toplumsal ba\u011flar\u0131, empatiyi ve vicdani ileti\u015fimi ifade eder. Bug\u00fcn ise bu ba\u011flar kopmu\u015f durumda. Toplumsal g\u00fcven erimi\u015f, devlet ile vatanda\u015f aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki \u015feffafl\u0131ktan uzak ve g\u00fcvenilmez h\u00e2le gelmi\u015f. Kamusal alan, yaln\u0131zca g\u00fc\u00e7 ve \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n arenas\u0131 olmu\u015f; toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fma ve empati g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Bar\u0131\u015f ve karde\u015flik \u00fczerine s\u00f6yledikleri ise, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kolektif travmas\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutar:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Gel sevelim, sevileni seveni, sevgisiz suratlar g\u00fclm\u00fcyor can\u0131m.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn toplumsal kutupla\u015fma, siyasi kampla\u015fma ve \u00f6fke k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, yaln\u0131zca bireysel mutsuzluk de\u011fil; toplumsal felaketin g\u00f6stergesidir. Sevgi ve sayg\u0131 olmadan, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. G\u00f6n\u00fclden g\u00f6n\u00fcle akan bir anlay\u0131\u015f ve diyalog, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yeniden toplumsal huzura ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in temel ko\u015fuldur.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomik krizler, liyakatsiz y\u00f6netimler, politik entrikalar, sosyal adaletsizlikler ve kutupla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 s\u00f6ylemler, \u00fclkeyi peri\u015fan h\u00e2le getiren somut \u00f6rneklerdir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019da ve Beykoz\u2019da ya\u015fanan siyasi atamalar, yaln\u0131zca yerel bir mesele de\u011fil; liyakat ve adalet ilkelerinin nas\u0131l \u00e7i\u011fnendi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesidir. Ayr\u0131ca, ekonomik krizlerin faturas\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak dar gelirli kesimlere y\u00fcklenirken, servet sahipleri ve siyasi elitler korunakl\u0131 bir alan i\u00e7inde kalmaktad\u0131r. Viran olsun yurdun, bayku\u015flar \u00f6ts\u00fcn, kimsesiz ellerde kalas\u0131n sebep.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bunu somutla\u015ft\u0131racak olursak: Halk\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanan siyaset\u00e7iler, liyakatsiz atamalarla devlet kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcten b\u00fcrokratlar, ekonomik krizleri manip\u00fcle ederek servet kazanan sermaye sahipleri\u2026 Hepsi bu bedduan\u0131n muhatab\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yaln\u0131zca bir duygusal tepki de\u011fil; tarihsel ve yap\u0131sal bir ele\u015ftiridir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumun peri\u015fan h\u00e2linden \u00e7\u0131kabilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan \u015fey, Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerinde gizlidir: sevgi, bilgi ve vicdan. G\u00f6n\u00fcl k\u00f6pr\u00fcleri yeniden in\u015fa edilmeden, adalet tesis edilmeden, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk haklar\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmadan, s\u0131n\u0131fsal e\u015fitsizlik giderilmeden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ger\u00e7ek anlamda toparlanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn h\u00e2l\u00e2 susan, g\u00f6rmezden gelen ve kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 u\u011fruna toplumsal vicdan\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayan herkes, Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6zlerinde kendini bulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cg\u00f6n\u00fcl\u201d bir toplumu ayakta tutan g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez ba\u011fd\u0131r; ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin peri\u015fan h\u00e2linden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, bu ba\u011f\u0131n yeniden kurulmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u015fet Usta\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcrk\u00fclerinden ders al\u0131n: Sesinizi y\u00fckseltin, susmay\u0131n ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyeni g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131l\u0131n.
