Bu tarih, G\u00fcney Kafkasya\u2019da birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u011f\u0131r bir yara ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, haf\u0131zalarda derin izler b\u0131rakan bir k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Ya\u015fanan ac\u0131lar, yaln\u0131zca bir halk\u0131n de\u011fil; b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6lgenin ortak haf\u0131zas\u0131na kaz\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nAncak tarih, yaln\u0131zca ac\u0131lar\u0131n kronolojisi de\u011fildir. Tarih ayn\u0131 zamanda, nas\u0131l birlikte ya\u015fanabildi\u011finin de haf\u0131zas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Birlikte Ama Ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131k Ya\u015faman\u0131n Tecr\u00fcbesi<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkler ile Ermeniler, Kafkasya\u2019da ve Anadolu\u2019da y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca birlikte ama ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131k bir hayat s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve inan\u00e7sal s\u0131n\u0131rlar korunmu\u015f, toplumsal mesafe muhafaza edilmi\u015f; buna kar\u015f\u0131n g\u00fcndelik hayat kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131 ve i\u015flevsel ili\u015fkiler \u00fczerinden devam etmi\u015ftir. Bu tarihsel tecr\u00fcbe, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n halklar aras\u0131nda do\u011fal ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir durum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<h3>Zihinsel Kopu\u015f ve Ta\u015fnak Etkisi<\/h3>\n<p>Bu dengeyi bozan unsur, halklar\u0131n kendisi de\u011fil; 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonu ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ideolojik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zellikle Ta\u015fnak \u00e7izgisiyle \u015fekillenen siyasal zihniyet, Ermeni kimli\u011fini bulundu\u011fu co\u011frafyayla bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde var olma fikrinden kopararak, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve tarihsel hesapla\u015fma merkezli bir hatta ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece tarih, ortak bir haf\u0131za alan\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f; siyasal m\u00fccadelenin sert bir arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>31 Mart 1918, bu zihniyetin sahaya yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 en a\u011f\u0131r k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu tarih, yaln\u0131zca bir trajedinin de\u011fil; birlikte ya\u015fama tecr\u00fcbesinin ideolojik \u015fiddetle kesintiye u\u011frat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n da simgesidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, yaln\u0131zca askeri dengeleri de\u011fil; bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n art\u0131k ertelenemez bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu da ortaya koymu\u015ftur. \u00c7at\u0131\u015fma siyasetinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sahadaki sonu\u00e7larla birlikte a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada as\u0131l mesele, Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fini, onu uzun y\u0131llar boyunca \u00e7\u0131kmaza s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen Ta\u015fnak zihniyetiyle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirmemektir. Bar\u0131\u015f, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ink\u00e2r etmek de\u011fil; ge\u00e7mi\u015fi belirli bir ideolojik okuman\u0131n tekeline b\u0131rakmamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Co\u011frafyan\u0131n Dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ger\u00e7eklik<\/h3>\n<p>G\u00fcney Kafkasya, tarihsel olarak T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131yla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e \u015fekillenmi\u015f bir co\u011frafyad\u0131r. Bu havzada devletlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, ekonomik refah\u0131 ve siyasal istikrar\u0131; ideolojik tercihlerden \u00e7ok co\u011frafyan\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkiler a\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir. Ermenistan da bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Ermenistan\u2019\u0131n bulundu\u011fu jeopolitik konum, onu ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bi\u00e7imde T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131yla temas eden, bu medeniyet havzas\u0131yla denge ve uyum \u00fcretmek zorunda olan bir devlet h\u00e2line getirmektedir. Bu durum bir kimlik tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 de\u011fil; devlet akl\u0131na dair bir zorunluluktur.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cT\u00fcrk\u00ee\u201d Ger\u00e7eklik ve Devlet Akl\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda \u201cT\u00fcrk\u00ee\u201d ger\u00e7eklik, Ermenistan i\u00e7in bir kimlik dayatmas\u0131 de\u011fil; i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu co\u011frafyayla uyumlu davranma zorunlulu\u011funun ad\u0131d\u0131r. Kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir istikrar, Ta\u015fnak d\u00f6neminin \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 miras\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan, kom\u015fular\u0131yla denge ve i\u015f birli\u011fi \u00fcreten bir devlet akl\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu ak\u0131l galip gelirse, Ermenistan; kendi kimli\u011fini koruyarak, ancak b\u00f6lgenin tarihsel ve medeniyet ger\u00e7ekli\u011fiyle uyum i\u00e7inde, \u201cT\u00fcrk\u00ee\u201d bir cumhuriyet olma yolunda \u00f6nemli bir mesafe kat etmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n Sembol Dili<\/h3>\n<p>Bu noktada semboller de \u00f6nemlidir. A\u011fr\u0131 Da\u011f\u0131, Nuh\u2019un Gemisi anlat\u0131s\u0131yla insanl\u0131k tarihinde bir kurtulu\u015fun simgesi olarak yer al\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 sembol, bug\u00fcn Kafkaslar\u2019da \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n de\u011fil; bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve ortak gelece\u011fin diliyle yeniden anlamland\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, Azerbaycan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130lham Aliyev ile Ermenistan Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Nikol Pa\u015finyan\u2019\u0131n birlikte ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 insan karde\u015fli\u011fi temal\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcl, bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, iki halk\u0131n yeniden yan yana durabilme ihtimalinin sembol\u00fc olarak da okunabilir.<\/p>\n<h3>Bar\u0131\u015f \u0130\u00e7in Ger\u00e7ek Bir Zemin Var<\/h3>\n<p>Temennimiz odur ki bu ad\u0131m, yaln\u0131zca liderler d\u00fczeyinde kalan bir jest olarak de\u011fil; toplumlar\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131nda yeni bir sayfan\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na vesile olan bir i\u015faret h\u00e2line gelsin. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bar\u0131\u015f, metinlerle de\u011fil; zihniyetlerle ba\u015flar.
