Bu eksikli\u011fi gidermek i\u00e7in 30 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Milli E\u011fitim Akademisi S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli E\u011fitim Personeli Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fini yay\u0131mlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 5.maddesine g\u00f6re, E\u011fitim personeli olarak istihdam edileceklerde;<\/p>\n<p>a) Doktora veya daha \u00fcst akademik unvana sahip olmak,<br \/>\nb) \u00d6\u011fretmen olarak g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor olmak kayd\u0131yla uzman \u00f6\u011fretmen veya ba\u015f\u00f6\u011fretmen unvan\u0131na sahip olmak,<br \/>\nc) En az lisans d\u00fczeyinde e\u011fitimini tamamlam\u0131\u015f olmak kayd\u0131yla Bakanl\u0131k kadrolar\u0131nda on y\u0131l ve \u00fczeri hizmeti olup bu s\u00fcrenin en az \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00fcst\u00fc kadrolarda asaleten ge\u00e7irmi\u015f olmak, \u015fartlar\u0131ndan biri aran\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yanlardan Akademide e\u011fitim personeli olarak istihdam edilecekler;<\/p>\n<p>a) 2914 say\u0131l\u0131 Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Personel Kanununa tabi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi kadrolar\u0131ndan istihdam edilecekler Milli E\u011fitim Akademisi Akademik Kurulunun teklif ettikleri aras\u0131ndan Bakan taraf\u0131ndan,<br \/>\nb) Bakanl\u0131k kadrolar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapanlardan istihdam edilecekler, EK-1&#8217;de yer alan e\u011fitim personeli de\u011ferlendirme formu \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lacak de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda belirlenen, kontenjan\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 aday\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zl\u00fc s\u0131nav sonucuna g\u00f6re,<br \/>\nc) (a) ve (b) bentleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda istihdam edilecekler, yap\u0131lacak yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve\/veya s\u00f6zl\u00fc s\u0131nav sonucuna g\u00f6re, belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p>Yine Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 24.maddesi, 4.f\u0131kras\u0131nda \u201cE\u011fitim personeli olarak istihdam edilen ki\u015fi ile Bakan veya yetkili k\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde Akademi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 aras\u0131nda hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalan\u0131r..\u201d ve 27.maddesinde \u201cHizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bir y\u0131ll\u0131k yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre sonunda tekrar s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanabilir.
