Her ne kadar geni\u015f halk kesimlerinin zevkine uygun, yayg\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olgular\u0131 ifade etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lsa da bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr asl\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim pratiklerine hizmet eden bir sanayi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>As\u0131l amac\u0131 ise hem bireysel kimlikleri \u015fekillendirmek hem de t\u00fcketimi te\u015fvik ederek<br \/>\ntoplumsal davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmek ve e\u011flence sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, insanlar\u0131 tek tip bir modelde \u015fekillendirmek \u00fczerine kuruludur; halk\u0131n<br \/>\nkendi \u00f6z k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketime ve s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fime dayal\u0131 arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 dola\u015f\u0131ma sokan bir davran\u0131\u015fsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekli\u011fidir. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ana bilinci; davran\u0131\u015fsal y\u00f6nlendirme, kapitali b\u00fcy\u00fctme ve toplumsal \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi h\u0131zland\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Nihai hedef ise demografik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131y\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmakt\u0131r. K\u00fclt\u00fcrel erozyon, bir \u00fclkenin de\u011ferlerini i\u015flevsiz hale getirerek toplumsal birli\u011fin ve sosyolojik yap\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, kendi de\u011ferlerine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 topluluklar\u0131 tek tip bir modele<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. S\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fim ve h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fim g\u00f6steren bu modelde, t\u00fcketim h\u0131z\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fi unutturur; belle\u011fini yitiren kitleler dayat\u0131lan yeni bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi kabullenmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, toplumu Cumhuriyet de\u011ferlerinden, ahlak ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr birikiminden uzakla\u015ft\u0131ran bir yap\u0131ya b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bilin\u00e7siz t\u00fcketim bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrken, toplumsal birlik kavram\u0131 yerini bencille\u015fen ve tekille\u015fen bireylere b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumculuktan bireycili\u011fe, ahlaki de\u011ferlerden yozla\u015fmaya ve bilin\u00e7siz bir t\u00fcketici kitlesine<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn en somut sonu\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sinema, medya, internet fenomenli\u011fi, edebiyat ve sanat\u0131n her alan\u0131 bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015fim ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsanlar emek vermeden kolay kazan\u00e7 elde etmeye \u00f6zendirilmi\u015f, t\u00fcketim \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n bir hal alm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6zentilik bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olarak her alana yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum burjuvazinin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, halk\u0131n mevcut k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de erozyona u\u011fratm\u0131\u015f; pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 istihbarat \u00f6rg\u00fctleri i\u00e7in kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 aparatlar haline getirmi\u015ftir. Nitekim g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan &#8220;bal tuzaklar\u0131&#8221;, casusluk dosyalar\u0131 ve yeniden g\u00fcndeme gelen FET\u00d6 soru\u015fturmalar\u0131 bu durumun birer yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen bozulman\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc nesnesi olan pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn bu erozyonda ciddi<br \/>\nbir etkisi vard\u0131r. Uyu\u015fturucu ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, a\u011fal\u0131k d\u00fczenini y\u00fccelten diziler, sadakatsizlik \u00fczerine kurulu ve herkesin kendini hakl\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yap\u0131mlar, art\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birer obje olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p bireylerin ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr; ama\u00e7s\u0131z, hedefsiz ve bilin\u00e7siz bir t\u00fcketim toplumu yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Seksenli<br \/>\ny\u0131llarda ba\u015flayan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, doksanl\u0131 ve iki binli y\u0131llarda etkisini art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, son y\u0131llarda ise ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir h\u0131za ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle doksanl\u0131 y\u0131llarda Ahmet Altan gibi isimlerin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitaplar ve sonradan FET\u00d6\u2019den yarg\u0131lanan yazarlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yay\u0131n organlar\u0131, ideolojik yap\u0131lar\u0131 sorgulatmak ve da\u011f\u0131tmak i\u00e7in pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr objelerini birer ara\u00e7 olarak kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bireysel ihanetler toplumsal ihanetlere, bireysel bozulmalar ise toplumsal \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye zemin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn t\u00fcm imgeleri; bireylerin ama\u00e7s\u0131zca sadece e\u011flendi\u011fi, t\u00fcketti\u011fi, emek<br \/>\nharcamadan hazza ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sanal bir d\u00fcnya yaratmay\u0131 hedefler. Bilimsellikten uzak sinema yap\u0131mlar\u0131 ve internet i\u00e7erikleriyle, sistematik bir t\u00fcketim bilinci topluma enjekte edilmi\u015ftir. Suni \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lan &#8220;ak\u0131mlar&#8221; ve tarzlar, birer ideal gibi topluma a\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de m\u00fczikten ziyade giyim-ku\u015famlar\u0131 ve sahne davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kan fig\u00fcrler, kad\u0131n\u0131n bir objeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve metala\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir pazarlama arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Metala\u015fan birey, emek harcayarak \u00fcretmek yerine kendini pazarlayarak kolay kapital elde<br \/>\netmeyi tercih etmektedir. Sosyal medya, dizi ve televizyon gibi mecralarda &#8220;e\u011flence&#8221; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda uyu\u015fturucu kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve haks\u0131z kazan\u00e7la gelen l\u00fcks ya\u015fam \u00f6zendirilmi\u015f; bu durum toplumda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n ve yozla\u015fman\u0131n artmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr bir yandan toplumu dejenere ederken di\u011fer yandan ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerini de k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015ftirmektedir. Sosyal grupla\u015fmalar\u0131n yerini sahte ak\u0131mlar\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sanal bir bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fmu\u015f; tarihsel ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131za ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan 1+1 konut modelleriyle bireylerin tekille\u015fmesi ve aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n sars\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 ve toplumsal ba\u011flar\u0131n zay\u0131flat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerinden devleti<br \/>\nde hedef alan, uzun vadeli bir so\u011fuk sava\u015f stratejisidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ama\u00e7s\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fcnen hi\u00e7bir olgu tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir; as\u0131l hedef \u00fclkemizin \u00fcniter yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokusunu ve tarihsel ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 zedelemektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn tan\u0131k oldu\u011fumuz operasyonlar, uyu\u015fturucu ve fuhu\u015f odakl\u0131 yozla\u015fm\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyaya<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik g\u00f6zalt\u0131lar bir &#8220;temizlik&#8221; olsa da bu \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi tamamen bitirmeye yetmeyecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Devletimizin; aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 ve tarihsel ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imimizi korumaya y\u00f6nelik k\u00f6kl\u00fc ad\u0131mlar atmas\u0131 zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda \u015funlar hayata ge\u00e7irilmelidir:<br \/>\n1. Bireyleri yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa iten 1+1 ev modellerinin k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131.<br \/>\n2. Kitap, sinema ve m\u00fczik gibi sanat dallar\u0131n\u0131n dejenerasyona kar\u015f\u0131 denetlenmesi.<br \/>\n3. Okullarda ve toplum genelinde ahlak e\u011fitiminin yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131. Bu yozla\u015fmay\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckleyen yap\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 &#8220;devlete kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen su\u00e7lar&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda sert yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<br \/>\n4. Unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki; bir d\u00f6nem &#8220;bestseller&#8221; olarak sunulan Ahmet Altan\u2019\u0131n &#8220;Aldatmak&#8221;<br \/>\nadl\u0131 kitab\u0131, sadece bir ailedeki ihaneti de\u011fil, toplumsal bir ihaneti simgeliyordu. Bu s\u00fcrecin neticeleri, 15 Temmuz gibi hain giri\u015fimlerle kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
