Bu \u00fclkede anneler kameralar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n foto\u011fraflar\u0131yla yalvard\u0131. \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131lar mahallemizde\u201d, \u201c\u00e7ocu\u011fumu kaybediyorum\u201d, \u201cdevlet nerede?\u201d diye sordu. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman cevap alamad\u0131lar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mesele yaln\u0131zca kullanan gen\u00e7ler de\u011fil; onlar\u0131 bu noktaya s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen a\u011flar, g\u00f6rmezden gelinen \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler ve dokunulamayan isimlerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Gazetelerde yer alan her olay asl\u0131nda daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hik\u00e2yenin par\u00e7as\u0131yd\u0131:<br \/>\nYoksulluk, umutsuzluk, sahipsizlik ve sistemli bir zehirlenme.<br \/>\nAma biz bu hik\u00e2yeyi konu\u015fmak yerine konforlu bir yere s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131p tek bir c\u00fcmleyle ge\u00e7i\u015ftirdik:<br \/>\n\u201cBireysel tercih.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oysa bireysel tercihin bu kadar \u00e7ok evi y\u0131kmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<br \/>\nBu kadar \u00e7ok annenin ayn\u0131 c\u00fcmleyi kurmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf m\u00fc?<br \/>\nBurada mesele, uyu\u015fturucu kullanan\u0131 romantize etmek ya da her \u015feyi \u201cma\u011fduriyet\u201d parantezine almak de\u011fil. Mesele, ac\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini g\u00f6rmek. Ama ayn\u0131 su\u00e7 yoksul birinin eline ge\u00e7ti\u011finde bir anda ahlak, d\u00fczen ve kamu g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hat\u0131rlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uyu\u015fturucu burada sadece bir \u00f6rnek.<br \/>\n\u00c7ocuk istismar\u0131 da \u00f6yle.<br \/>\nYolsuzluk, \u015fiddet, su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fctleri de\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Das Problem ist folgendes:<br \/>\nSu\u00e7 yukar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a hafifler.<br \/>\nA\u015fa\u011f\u0131 indik\u00e7e a\u011f\u0131rla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden sokakta yakalanan hep ayn\u0131 insanlar olur.<br \/>\nAma o soka\u011f\u0131 zehirleyen a\u011flara gelince bir sis \u00e7\u00f6ker.<br \/>\nDosyalar kaybolur, deliller eksilir, davalar uzar.<br \/>\nVe toplum da bu d\u00fczene al\u0131\u015f\u0131r; hatta zamanla alk\u0131\u015flar.<br \/>\n\u201cDokunulmazlar\u201d ile \u201charcanabilirler\u201d aras\u0131nda sessiz bir anla\u015fma kurulur.<\/p>\n<p>O noktada art\u0131k \u015fu sorular\u0131 sormak zorunday\u0131z:<br \/>\n\u00dcnl\u00fc olunca su\u00e7 affediliyor mu?<br \/>\nSiyaset\u00e7i olunca ceza erteleniyor mu?<br \/>\nParan varsa adalet senin i\u00e7in daha m\u0131 yava\u015f i\u015fliyor?<br \/>\nE\u011fer cevap evetse ki pratikte evet, o zaman adalet bir ilke olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p s\u0131n\u0131fsal bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f demektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u015funa s\u00f6ylenmemi\u015ftir o eski s\u00f6z:<br \/>\n\u201cMahkemeye g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc gelince, adalet gider.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tam olarak budur.<br \/>\nSu\u00e7lular korunuyor, su\u00e7 s\u0131radanla\u015f\u0131yor, adalet ise sadece g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczlere hat\u0131rlat\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>\nBu \u00fclkede yeni bir refleks geli\u015fti: Herkes kendi su\u00e7lusunu savunuyor.<br \/>\nArt\u0131k su\u00e7un kendisiyle de\u011fil, failin kimli\u011fiyle ilgileniyoruz.<br \/>\nBizdense korunuyor, bizden de\u011filse lin\u00e7 ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBizim taraftar\u0131m\u0131z\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201cBizim partimiz\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201cBizim mahallemiz\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201cBizim tak\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u201d,<br \/>\n\u201cBizim sanat\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u201cbizim\u201d dili ahlak\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc su\u00e7, bir noktadan sonra su\u00e7 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor; aidiyet testine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Su\u00e7lu \u201cbizim\u201d taraftaysa korunuyor, \u201c\u00f6teki\u201d taraftaysa yerden yere vuruluyor.<\/p>\n<p>O zaman sormak zorunday\u0131z: Su\u00e7lu kim?<\/p>\n<p>Hep yoksullar m\u0131?<br \/>\nHep g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczler mi?<br \/>\nHep sesi \u00e7\u0131kmayanlar m\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcnl\u00fcysen, tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015fsan, ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n varsa, do\u011fru yerde duruyorsan su\u00e7un daha m\u0131 az su\u00e7 oluyor?
